Overpriced, unorganised... Inter-club competition took place in the middle of the Open competition!!! Extremely slow play.
Good variation in hole design
Very enjoyable experience again at millicent
Really Nice Course
Enjoyed the course, some challenging holes, although others quite forgiving. Overall a good test. Excellent greens too.
Excellent, fun to play course
This is a fine golf course and was in excellent condition when we played it. Good combination of holes in terms of length and difficulty with some clever doglegs encouraging risk and reward play, a couple over snaking water hazards. Front nine is more undulating but the hills are gentle enough, a good walking course. Will definitely play again.
What a course!!!
A little gem, can’t believe I’ve had no one recommend this to me.
Really well designed, great condition, first 2 par fives are tough start but then course is fair to all golfers
Highly recommended,will be back!!!
Far better course than some of it’s over priced neighbors!!!
Great course and friendly staff
Course in excellent condition and the greens were in great shape. Pace of play was steady and no hold ups even though there was great crowd out for the senior open,
Staff were excellent and fair play to Eoin in the Pro shop who looked after us for buggies...Lovely guy and very efficient
Went in for food after and it was top notch.
Really enjoyable day, lovely course, friendly staff. Would definitely go back
Course getting better
Great value. Great greens course is well worth a go 5stars
Very poor staff & unplayable greens.
Played this course last week & I have played here before.
This course is a decent course but staff with no consideration for golfers.
Trying to have a quiet practice round and the whole way around the course where these ( ignorant & very rude ) greenkeepers.I know they have to do they're job but do they have to do it when people are on the course. Its hard enough trying to concentrate without these people flying past you in 4x4s or cutting hedges or leaf blowing.
Most annoyingly sanding the greens, all 18.Even when I was on my approach i had to wait till they got off..Deeming them unplayable the whole way around.I understand this is done when rain is due but we're in the middle of a heat wave??
Long hitters' paradise
Pleasant course in good condition for the time of year (end April). Some nice views and also a decent clubhouse. Staff v friendly, although catering limited. Holes generally long and quite open, so would particularly suit longer hitters, even if you are a bit wild - extra length gave substantial advantage every time, with little penalty for being off target. Very decent bunkers (proper sand), which is always a good sign.
excellent value for a great course
Played Millicent golf club in wet conditions but still enjoyed the round, starts off with two par 5's which is excellent as it cuts down queuing. Members and staff very friendly and will definitely come back.
