Millicent Golf and Country Club

Enjoyed the course, some challenging holes, although others quite forgiving. Overall a good test. Excellent greens too.

This is a fine golf course and was in excellent condition when we played it. Good combination of holes in terms of length and difficulty with some clever doglegs encouraging risk and reward play, a couple over snaking water hazards. Front nine is more undulating but the hills are gentle enough, a good walking course. Will definitely play again.

Course in excellent condition and the greens were in great shape. Pace of play was steady and no hold ups even though there was great crowd out for the senior open,

Staff were excellent and fair play to Eoin in the Pro shop who looked after us for buggies...Lovely guy and very efficient

Went in for food after and it was top notch.

Played this course last week & I have played here before.

This course is a decent course but staff with no consideration for golfers.

Trying to have a quiet practice round and the whole way around the course where these ( ignorant & very rude ) greenkeepers.I know they have to do they're job but do they have to do it when people are on the course.Its hard enough trying to concentrate without these people flying past you in 4x4s or cutting hedges or leaf blowing.

Most annoyingly sanding the greens,all 18.Even when I was on my approach i had to wait till they got off..Deeming them unplayable the whole way around.I understand this is done when rain is due but we're in the middle of a heat wave??

Pleasant course in good condition for the time of year (end April). Some nice views and also a decent clubhouse. Staff v friendly, although catering limited. Holes generally long and quite open, so would particularly suit longer hitters, even if you are a bit wild - extra length gave substantial advantage every time, with little penalty for being off target. Very decent bunkers (proper sand), which is always a good sign.

Played Millicent golf club in wet conditions but still enjoyed the round,starts off with two par 5's which is excellent as it cuts down queuing. Members and staff very friendly and will definitely come back.

The course was very long for average hitters with lots of par 5s and lengthy par 3s and 4s. Greens were well protected for those lucky enough to reach them.

New plantations of trees gave the course a nice shape

Even in the winter this course held up. The fairways and greens were fanatic and the course itself was a joy to play in. I'd definitely play there again.

This course is no pushover and tests all aspects of the golf game. Last 4 holes are the challenge to a good card. Signature holes the Par 3 4th and 17th
