Killeen Golf Club

We've played Kileen loads of times and it's always in great condition and good challenge, especially the back 9. Greens were in great condition given it hasn't rained for weeks. The staff were friendly and the price was good value.

My big issue with Kileen the last 3 times we've played on a Sunday afternoon we keep getting caught up with competition groups. They have people going ahead asking paying groups to step aside so they can play through. This backs up the course as group after group has to get out of the way.... This has put us off returning to Killeen. Why don't they block out some tee times ahead of the competition to allow a buffer so they have a clear run! Sounds like an easy fix.

Myself and my partner played this course for the very first time today, the course was in excellent condition from tee boxes to fairways and greens all immaculately maintained, the two power threes on the front nine we challenging especially the one with the water feature, we only played the front nine but I was well informed that the back nine is even nicer. Afterwords we enjoyed a drink from the bar and mingled with the members all of whom were very friendly, Shane the PGA professional and his staff were also very friendly , I would strongly recommend a round at this wonderful golf course ⛳️

Pleasantly surprised. So mature and surprised by the greens. Great condition for time of year.

Have to admit kileen is one of my favourite courses its a challenge and one of the better well kept courses around

Course is looking good, but they where spiking and sanding the greens today. So a bit delayed waiting for staff to clear the green, sometimes waiting 5+ minutes for the green to be cleared on muitible greens

Course was in great condition. Fantastic course for the price!

Booked tee time at 9.20 am showed up at 8.50 to use putting green on arrival person working in pro shop came out and said we have a society out this morning you have to start on 11th tee and finish on 10th we asked y would you let us book in middle of society the evening before then when we show up and tell us after we pay the money he just didn't care totally rude just said thats how it is.he said green keepers are our working so you might b delayed. We started game no pegs down to show where to tee off had to guess then no flags in holes on some every shot for first 6 holes green keepers on lawnmower engines right beside us when taking shot the noise of engines didn't stop anyway shot a good score it's not sour grapes just not a enjoyable experience yhe way they treat customers

Very enjoyable game on a easy enough course in spring conditions. Greens need a few more weeks to settle.
