Best pound for pound track in Dublin? 🤔

I was going to play a local public course but it was booked out as it was a last minute idea when myself and work pal finished early. So I hit up the gold now app and beech park popped up for €22. I was happy just to get a round at 6pm on a sunny summers day so wasn’t expecting much but when I got t there I was actually blown away. Top top course. Open enough but unforgiving ata times. Juicy rough made it interesting but the holes are literally all beautiful and so well kept that you’d easily play 4 times that for a midweek game. Staff were so so nice, super obliging really had an interest in making sure the golfers all enjoyed their rounds. Amen corner had everything… it even still has one or two of my balls… looking forward to going back.

Lovely course. Close to home!

The course was in great condition, especially considering the recent rainfall. Pro shop was decent, staff were very friendly. I didn’t get to sample the bar so that’s a must for the next visit!

Lovely course and a real challenge

I’ve played Beech Park GC a lot over the years and I keep returning g to try and beat it. I am a medium to high handicapper and I can get around but it is a real test of accuracy off the tee and long irons. It is well tree lined and the first cut of rough whilst low can still eat your golf ball and make it disappear. I like this course as I try and improve my game and challenge myself.
