Great course
Really serene place. Great course and a fair challenge
Excellent greens.
Found the course in great condition, greens were excellent.Some challenging holes overall a great course.
Not helpful to visitors
I'm giving this course 1 star to temper the other 13 reviews that seem to rank this as perfection. There are 430, 18 holes courses in Ireland, Castlewarden is a pleasant members course. I've played 50 of golf digest top 100 courses. This is NOT top 100.
Grand Course
Just a lovely Golf Course with a nice variation in airways and some nice challenges for a high handicapped golfer. Just to walk the Course is so nice with a tremendous variety of trees and shrubs on the Course.
A really lovely course
Has been a while since I last played here which is my loss. A great test for your game with many cracking holes. Highly recommend and will be back soon.
Always a pleasure to play
We booked a two ball for May 1st in Castlewarden and as usual the course was in stunning condition. We have played here many times and have never had a reason to complain from the tee to green on every hole the course is in fabulous shape.
We enjoyed it so much that we are thinking of joining they have some very good membership rates available. If you are looking for a course that's very well maintained challenging and great value for money then book Castlewarden.
Good course, tricky greens
good course, greens are big and fast, needs straight tee shots, dog legs,

a beautiful day and a fantastic course, staff were very helpful and courteous, club pro brian and staff in pro shop were very helpful. would recommend this course to anyone.

I experienced a terrific play. The staff are very kind and nice I want to visit again.
Aside from the weather, most are very great and comfortable.

Excellent parkland course in excellent conditiion with mature smooth greens and very few pitch marks. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the Wicklow mountains. Thoroughly recommened.
Nice variety of holes.
Very nice tree-lined course with a nice mix of holes, two driveable par 4's with one on each 9. A position golf course rather than power.

Course was in great condition considering the poor weather conditions of the previous days
