Golfer Reviews
Nice golf course
Today, I enjoyed playing here because it wasn't pack of slow golfers. I ran into a slow group, but they let me through. Over all this is a nice golf course to work on your game.,..
Played pines not oaks
The pro shop sent us to the Pines course at our option saying it was wider and longer. Only problem was they had a walking twosome, people that waited for someone to clear the green from 300 yards out and a foursome that must’ve had Rigamortus. The cups look like they haven’t been moved for a month and a half. The course has a good layout and the clubhouse is a nice big facility.
When you find 5 groups backed up on the fifth tee after moving through 1-4, ya gotta wonder.
Lots of dirt/sand in fairways- greens slow and bumpy. I’d come back hoping conditions improve, but only once if they didn’t.
The greens are in desperate condition screaming out for attention. Too much foreign grass in clumps preventing any Hope for true roll.
Awful greens
We were really disappointed in the condition of the greens. We have played here before, and the conditions were not near this bad. The poa or whatever it was throughout all the greens was terrible. If it had been mowed it might have been quite a bit better. In any case I am glad we did not pay their regular fee or I would have been very upset.
