Needs some TLC.
Greens and tee boxes are rough. Slow pace of play for a late morning tee time. Fairways were just ok. The staff weee all very nice.

Bumpy greens
Course was OK, but greens were very bumpy. Lots of small lumps, probably poi annua, made for putts that would bounce left then right. Kinda spoiled a fun round. Made you wonder if.even short putts would stay on line or bounce and which way.
Pace of play was good. Only one hole did we get to the next tee before the group in front had teed off. Course condition was fair for this time of year.

Pace of play
If you have starters it would be beneficial to have 10 minutes intervals between each group. We got behind 6 groups & it toke almost 4:20minutes to finish. Also for your benefit to team up groups of 1 & 2 players together ,so you keep the groups going and make it a more enjoyable round for everyone.

Course is what you would expect for the price
Very little grass in the fairways, greens were spotty with only clumps of grass growing. On this day a fivesome was allowed before us which slowed the pace of play to almost 5 hours. Typically we pl;ay in 3 1/2 hours here. No marshal in sight.
