Good Value for the Money
Course layout is simple but the water holes add that something extra that gives it charm and keeps it from being a run of the mill course. Staff was friendly but having merchandise available in the pro shop would elevate the experience.
Excellent service
Excellent service from the staff. The course is in good shape. Everything was green. Conditions are good.
Great value!
Course is in great shape, friendly staff, great price!
Great value
Just visiting and had a great experience! Price was right and course was excellent value! Very friendly staff and nice bar/restaurant. Played at a great time course was wide open. Had to deal with rain, but that slowed me down just enough so as not to catch preceding groups. Course a little wet because of rain, greens very good. Lots of room for errant tee shots.
First time Last time
I’m sure there are many people that like this course but it’s not for me. I know it’s not a resort type course but it could be in much better condition. The fairways are hard as rocks, the tee boxes are pretty rough and the greens are very inconsistent one slow one fast. Definitely do not recommend this course if you are use to playing good courses. Also it’s the only course I’ve played were the flies eat you up.
Very nice course for the cosr
Very nice course to play. We played the pines one day and the oaks course the next day. They are very fun to play. The oaks course has some right fairways but it is more scenic. All the staff are very friendly including the ladies in the restaurant. Will play here again when we visit
Pretty good overall but some work still needed
The greens and fairways and bunkers are looking pretty good. But there are still some areas that need attention such as the wash out areas on #5 fairway and the bare areas on #5 fairway next to the fairway bunker. The fairway on #16 also needs lots of attention. Both these fairways have part of the fairway that slopes sharpy which means that heavy rains have caused erosion in those areas. They need to reshape the fairways on those holes to channel to rain water to certain areas and install drains to protect the fairway from being eroded. And there are bare areas on #17 fairway next to the fairway bunker that neds fixing. It should be a fairly simple fix for these bare areas to just dig them out and place new sod.
