About
The course at Corte Bella Golf Club was done in a desert style but avoids the target greens and forced carries that are at some desert courses in the area. It has a classic layout on a beautiful terrain of ficus, Italian cypress, and oleander, creating a scenic ambiance. The designer, Greg Nash, kept traditions of classical golf architecture in mind and made a course that champions the strategic player. Both the immaculately manicured greens and the wide fairways are well protected by bunkers on this course, making accuracy on the approach shot a priority. Water hazards come into play on three holes at Corte Bella Golf Club.

Corte Bella is a very nice course. As we all know these days Golf is trending up in costs, so no matter where you play it is going to be a little pricier than usual. Corte Bella is no different than all the other courses in this respect. If you want to play a nice round at a very nice course and have fun, then this is the place for you. Just bring a Pale and shovel, cause you will eventually have fun in all the sand!!
Love it!
Course is awesome! Love it. No food/drink cart. Restaurant not open for a 730 tee time. No biggie I brought some snack and water. The staff and course were excellent
Overpriced & Average
Course was in decent shape but not worth the money they charge. NO CART GIRL = NO RETURN
Good place to play
Played this course a few times these past few months and find it in very good condition each time l played it. Good pace of play, friendly attentants and overall a fun outing. Probably if l had one comment it would be that some of the bunkers are low on sand, but not all of them and that's a common statement about all the courses here in Phoenix about lack of bunker sand.
Great Course
This was a great course and staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that we had to start on the back nine which proved much more difficult than the front nine. I would have wanted to warm up on the front nine.
Corte Bella
Course was in very good condition with the exception of the 17th fairway. Lots of areas without grass and very sandy. All the other fairways were in very good shape. The greens were in very good condition as well as the tee boxes.
Good fun
It was a good coarse, greens were good at the time, loved the bunkers, it turned it into a bit of target golf on a few occasions.
Don’t get in the traps
The bunkers are the only downfall of this exceptional course for the $$. Traps have little sand, very rocky and the base is exposed in about 30-40% of the areas
Still a well kept secret!
This course is a good test, is in good shape, has friendly staff, and not a lot of play.

Just excellent conditions, I tip my cap to the grounds crew. Just an enjoyable round and day at Corte Bella.
Good layout
Played a few times, course always in good shape. Greens were excellent, rolled true. A few dry spots on fairways but far better then other courses in SCW. Bunkers were horrible lots of rocks, dirt and hard- was warned before starting round, free drop was written on a placard.
So close but no cigar
Like everywhere else this summer no one wants to cut the greens to a reasonable speed. These greens are huge and having the speed at 6/7 is not acceptable.
Combine that with very shaggy tee boxes and pins positions that do not match any of the locations on the scorecard and you have a disappointing round.

I absolutely agree with you The course is not worth the price they’re charging and no accommodations at all whoever the new manager is or the new management, they absolutely ruined the course this used to be one of the best courses around here six months ago but not anymore!!!
