Corte Bella Golf Club

Long par 4's but large lovely green complexes so can get on most with hybrid or fairway wood. Some forced carry, but most green entries have bailout areas leaving long approach chip or putt, so fair for all. Marshall somewhat harassing, but busy day and concerned about course. Rest of staff helpful and cordial

Greens and fairways are in great condition. This course is challenging and lots of fun to play.

The course is very beautiful and in good condition. On the day we played the course was not very busy and no groups were in the tee time ahead of us. After 4 holes the marshal told us there were two open holes in frront of us and we needed to hurry up. We fiinshed the front in 2 hours and 8 minutes and our total time was 4:15. but the marshal felt we were too slow. it spoiled our day.

Great course, nice staff, paired with nice people. Just a great day for golf.

Fairways are generous but beware of massive fairway bunkers on
many holes. Greens were fast but true. Play was fast at 4 hours.

Fun course and is in good shape. Would play again if under $40.

Corte Bella is a great course and always fun to play. Greens were very fast but puttable. The course looks wonderful with bright green fairways & greens and yellow/brown 'rough'

The play was slow but worth the wait. The ranger was great in helping us with moving us in front of many foursomes allowing us to finish before dark. Greens rolled true and the course was in great shape.

We were delayed over 45 minutes before our round, and treated like second class citizens because our group needed three carts. Ranger came around four to five times and kept reminding us of their rules, that they are a semi-private club, and that we were playing in between two groups of members. The ranger's fifth trip over to chat included reminding us again about the same rule of only two carts on the fairway at a time. This time however, only one cart had even been on the fairway. It was ridiculous! I finally told the ranger that we felt like he is picking on us and wiithout just cause. The only thing we did wrong was choose to play here. I think this place is really upset about having to be semi-private. Played TPC championship today and the course and staff were fabulous!

Well this is nice course overall! Greens are in great shape, course plays fast.

Sand surrounding most greens meant an accurate shot is a must, generous fairways allows for small errors on the drive, and very fast and rolling greens meant you must have precise pace to score well. Great course and great value, will be back to shot low 80's next time!

Enjoyed the course with all the sand. The greens were speedy and true. Lots of undulations to the greens. Fairways in great shape.

Played here at 11:30 on a Sunday and had a very nice day. While Corte Bella is in Sun City West, this is a much more interesting course than other SCW or Sun City Grand courses.

Because it was built to be a private club, the holes have more trouble, there's more length and the greens are much more interesting than many places. Many of the greens have distinct sections. If you ball isn't in the same section as the hole, you may have a very challenging time avoiding a three-putt.

I thought the course conditions were good. Course is still a little soft out of overseed, but the greens ran at probably 10 on the stimp. When the fairways firm up, it will be really fun. Course can stretch to 7,000 yards and there is a nice combo set of tees that is part black (back) and part white tees (middle).

The golf course is a good value. I played in 3:55. And they let you walk if you like that. I do.

Private course open up to limited public play. Great conditions, interesting layout, tough but not too tough and tricky greens. Great Value under $50!!

Nice track, Very well kept. Accommodating staff. Some long par 4s make the course challenging.Greens were very true and a test. Lots of sand. Would certainly golf this course again!
