Eco Golf Club
About
Located in Hollywood, Eco Golf Club boasts one of the most beautiful executive courses in south Florida. The course offers the challenging design features of a full-length course in a convenient nine-hole layout. It is the perfect option for golfers who don't have time for a full round but still want a challenging game. Accuracy will be greatly rewarded as well as the ability to putt to narrow, undulating greens. It is a great opportunity to get in some quality iron practice that you wouldn't be able to achieve at a driving range. Eco Golf Club is a greater challenge than most nine-hole courses and the fairways and greens stand up against most of the other courses in the area, including the championship courses. Some memorable holes are the fourth, a sharp dogleg, and the par-3 eighth, which is arguably the course's most difficult.

Friendliest golf course
You can't find a.more helpful or friendly bunch
The course is good because the fairways are not very wide wic h is making me better off the tee
The greens are also small and it's a great challenge
I've been to,a lot of courses in South Florida. And this is the nicest bunch of people I've come.across
They don't lie or,stretch the truth like orangebrooke or hollywood beach golf resort Who will lie about the weather ..those places treat you like cattle they just want your money
Eco golf treats.you like family
like a playground for kids
When we got there there was a father at the 1st hole with 5 kids learning how to play. Finally let us through on the 2nd hole (half hour). Then 2 foursomes in front on hole 4 the 1 st foursome was 4 teenagers trying out golf for first time it seems. Skipped 2 holes to get through cause they were so slow playing and fooling around. Finally ran in to a fivesome (yes 5 ladies playing the hole with 3 carts) follow them for on hole then had to skip a hole (after 20 minutes wait on the green of a par 3. Took us 2 hours to play 6 holes. Lack of of respect for the game of golf at that course. No rules it seems. Price is good but that is all.
Too much walking
My son said that this nine hole course would good for my age(87). He was wrong. Most of the fairways and roughs have curves so I need to walk to find and hit my ball. Too much walking and I lost six balls
Goat Ranch
Lecours is barely maintained, with the greens in very poor condition. If you have to rent clubs, they probably have the worst clubs I’ve ever seen for use.
Eco golf
Place wraps around a sewage/water treatment plant and the whole course smells of It! They use the recovered water from the plant to water the course. Problem is you get massive whiffs of disgusting smelly water when you're trying to make your shot! But it's a great value at $10 for 9 hole walking
Maybe worth $10
Upon arrival was told my tee time wasn't until 1:00, even though I confirmed with golf now app it was for 11:00AM... Waited an hour for a cart and tee'd off just after 12. Staff was friendly and helpful with beers!
Very quick 9 holes
Played Eco golf for the first time and for a 9 hole course it's ok... Good course for beginners to learn on.
Nice course
Its nice place to play, but definitely should be a little bit less expensive for the type of conditions some hole are. But over all its nice play there.
Nine hole course
This is a good place to tune up your irons. Will play here again.
Good priced course
If you don't have too much time but still want to play golf, then this course is perfect (I was playing alone and got two rounds in less than two hours - only waited short time by hole 9 both times).
Greens is right now in a bad shape (was much better when I played there in May) and the course doesn't have the best drainage, which made some swampy spots on the fairways.
But overall - for the price it's a good course for a quick round of golf.
Quick round
If you are looking to get a quick 9 holes in, then this is the course for you. It includes par 3s, 4s, and even has a par 5. The first hole is a par 3 just around 100 yards which is a perfect way to start since there is no driving range to warm up. All the par 3s seem to be different yardage, from 100yds to 175yds. The course isn't in the best shape...some brown out spots and spotchy greens. However, you get what you pay for.
VERY INEXPENSIVE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
THIS IS NOT A FAIR REVIEW. IT HAD RAINED ALL NIGHT AND ADDITIONALLY THERE WERE FIRE ANT HILLS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND WEARING GOLF SANDALS, I STEPPED IN ONE APPROACHING THE TEE, SO I HAD BITES ALL OVER MY FEET BEFORE I EVEN REALIZED IT.
THE PUTTING GREENS WERE BUMPY, LOTS OF BARE PATCHS OVER THE COURSE AND THE SMELL FROM THE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY IN ADDITION TO EVERY BODY OF WATER BEING BROWN CONTRIBUTED TO THIS REVIEW. PRICE WAS GREAT, PEOPLE WERE NICE, AND IF I WANTED A CHEAP COURSE TO GET OUT ON AND LIVED CLOSE, I'D PLAY THIS AGAIN.
NOW THAT YOU ARE FORWARNED, YOU MAY ENJOY IT, BUT DON'T PAY A LOT
Always Fun!
We always have fun at Eco..
Staff always friendly...
Carol, Dan, Sharlane, Jeffrey!
Etc....
Thank you
Re: This course is green and plush
I would recommend this golf course to any one looking to play a great 9-hole course, at a great 9-hole price. I promise, you'll love Eco-Golf course!
Favorite Place to Practice
Work on short range game here or just get 9 holes in mid-day
Challenging Greens
This is a nice little course where you can work on your short game. Almost all the greens are in very good shape and provide quite a challenge with subtle breaks and sometimes difficult pin placements such as near the middle of the hourglass shaped green on #5
Decent course
It was an ok course, definitely worth the hot-deal price of $10 inc. cart for 9 holes. Don't know that I'd want to pay much more than that though.
This has to be the worst course we have ever played. All weeds, greens are mostly sand, disgusting smells emanating from the sewage plant, and to top.it off, we paid $48 for this,!! Asked the probably shop after if conditions were usually like that, his response...... "Pretty much'!! R u kidding me??.
