Final Vacation Golf Round
Played Crosswinds as the final round of a golfing Vacation in the Carolinas, starting in Myrtle Beach and travelling South via Charleston, Kiawah Island and Hilton Head.
Crosswinds was up there with them all apart from the Ocean Course which is in a class of its own. The layout at Crosswinds is great, challenging and attractive. The greens and course were in great condition in November and it was a joy to play.

Exceptional Course
Whenever you're in Savannah, this is a must-play course. As you drive up, one is impressed with the clubhouse and practice facilities. Upon teeing off from either Hole 1 or Hole 10, you are able to enjoy a very challenging and memorable round of golf.

Course conditions
Everything was great, Staff/Price/Layout, only thing I could suggest is green to to be rolled very bumpy course is a 9 out 10. A must play.

This course has a great layout.
Great layout with outstanding fairway conditions. The greens rolled really true. Watch for gators though.

Still my favorite local course
The fairways and greens are in excellent shape in my opinion and the bunkers are well maintained. Overall great shape guys.

I played today and the course was in amazing shape. I got lucky and they where cutting the grass pretty much the entire time in front of me which was fine because I was playing by myself. But overall great condition.

Pace of play
There was a fivesome in front of us and was causing us and a number of groups behind us to hold the entire course to backup. They did not allow us to play through. Fortunately they went to the clubhouse after nine which allowed us and other groups to play through.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
