Championship Course at Crosswinds Golf Club

We played the par 3 course 3 times in under 3 hours. Some of the tee boxes were a little rough and there were some wet spots, otherwise the course was in good shape.

The staff are very friendly, and the food in the grill was excellent!

For $80, you should expect the course to be in excellent shape. Tee box and fairway did just that.. but there were plenty of greens that were not in the best shape and made you have to place the ball on certain areas to get a good read. That alone should've driven the price down or at least a heads up before play. Starter let us go a little earlier and seeing the planes flying overhead was pretty cool.

decent course with a playable layout. The issue is the greens - they were slow, lacked grass and were strangely shaped with enormous fringe that interfered with play repeatedly.

i played this course on the way to orlando. all i want to say is the staff at the course are rock stars. pro shop, starter, men in the cart barn, cart lady, u all made my day. the course was great and i am grateful for all your hard work. i wish all courses were this good. ty

Make this tour pit stop along you voyage up/down 95. Just of the high woth plenty of hotels (many new). There's a par 3 executive course that I got in too late to play. The next morning I played their full 18 championship course. Really nice range, carrs were in great shape, plenty of water in coolers along the course. Super-friendly staff both in the proshop and the starter (Coach Geil?) has some great stories. Course layout is really fun - some short par 4s and gettable par 5s. Back nine had three of each par 3/4/5. Conditions were good for a public track although a few greens were burned out on the collars (they had some really hot and wet conditions lately). Overall, great experience.

Fairways great, Bermuda rough was too high causing a lot of ball hunting when not in fairways, greens still sandy after application. Overall, enjoyable day and course okay.

Nice course back nine was challenging.. weather could have been better but all in all very nice.. expensive

Crosswinds is a very good course that is price correctly. Pace of play could have been better but overall I enjoyed my round!

I’ve played this course several times and this is the first time that some of the greens had dead areas on them. The fairways and tee boxes were in good condition. Due to all the rain they will not allow you to drive the carts on several of the holes and in the heat that’s a problem. They don’t inform you of this issue before you play. They have a nice range but the balls are pricey.

We played while on vacation. The course was challenging and a lot of fun. The staff did an excellent job.

Played immediately after a downpour, couldn’t get a rain check due to booking rules. Cart path only wa required as much of the course had standing water. Even the greens were soggy. Coupled with the high temp/humidity we opted to only play nine.
