Inverness Golf & Country Club

Have not played here in several months, but formerly played every few weeks. Course is in best condition ever, both greens and fairways.

Still challenging because of trees.

We arrived early for our tee time and got out right away. The weather at 7:30 am was fantastic for a change, not really hot or muggy. We've played this course multiple times and always find it in really well maintained shape, both fairways and greens.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll be back again.

We moved fast and enjoyed a nice round of golf. A good day.

Would play this again. Greens were in great shape due to rains rough was quite high.

Overall a very good value.

IG&CC is in great condition. From Tee Box to Greens, none better in the area. It's amazing that they can manage to keep their entire course in great shape, while others in the area charge more but can't seems to keep their Greens playable, their Bunkers sanded and trimmed, and their Rough mowed. This place manages to maintain all aspects of their course better than most.

Nice old country club the trees are huge now and it has a 60s feel

The club has really worked hard at keeping this course up to Par (pun intended). It is getting the right amount of attention in all the right places. Greens were running true and smooth. Fairways had plenty of grass, rough was kept to a manageable height and the bunkers were as good as could be expected for the amount of heavy rain the area has endured recently. My only issue: Golf Now requires 2-4 players now :( . I used to play here a lot, but I'm usually by myself, so my opportunities have been few and far between. Why stop taking solo golfers??

After playing this course many times in the last few years we continue to return. Now that summer is here there's fewer people to crowd the course and slow the pace. We found conditions good and pace great. Prices are down until fall so take advantage and play.

We really enjoyed our round at Inverness. The course was in good shape with an interesting and challengeing layout. Lots of beautiful trees and not too much water. We definitely will be back!

First time playing here since last fall, everything is still as good as always. Greens firm and fast, fairways green and rough just right. We're coming back soon.

Excellent value for a course that is much better than many in the area who charge a lot more.

I was so very disappointed as I was sick the day I had tee times for this course & was unable to play, am hoping to ew-book very soon!!

Based on the 4 star rating on Golf Now our expectations were way too high. The course was in poor condition and the layout very average. There are no “good lies” on the entire course except some spots under a tree in the rough. The greens are lightning fast and in fair condition.

I was behind a tree most of the time.Too many trees in line to greens.Greens in good shape, fairways poor.For the money I'd play again.
