This course was in very good condition for this time of year.

Course is challenging, with a good number of doglegs and lots of trees. Greens in good shape.

good greens, , several blind, unguided shots to fairways. greens were pretty good. a couple of holes need to have trees cut back as they obstruct tee shots

Nice layout small but quick greens. Vbinckers could use improvement. Staff was great. Pace of play was great

great course for the cost. played many courses in this area and this is in best shape. will play again.....

Older style course in need of some care. Facility is time worn as is course. Greens in good shape, some tees in poor condition. Pace of play was good.

Relatively fast greens, good traps and ok fairways. Good price and good pace of play on a Tuesday afternoon round.

This was my first of several days of golf in FL. I was disappointed that the range was closed while they picked up the balls (I've never seen a range that didn't have a pick up cart that protects the driver and allows golfers to hit during the process). The course was in good condition. The greens were smooth and true. I'll play again. Good value. I enjoyed the round.

My brother and I had a good time. My only criticism of the course is that the fairways had to many leaves. You really had to look hard for your ball. We will definitely make the trip again.

Truly great course to test any ability. Very fair. The greens will test your patience, very fast with contours.

Took the 40-minute drive based upon the positive reviews. Fairways in decent shape for this time of year, greens excellent. I was told by one of the locals that the grass on the greens is a "year round" type, not overseeded. Roll was true and fast. Plenty of slope to the greens, but they all were shaped like perfect circles. Not much imagination by the designer. Traps were shallow and flat. Lots of doglegs, especially on the back nine. It is good to go with someone who has played before, but a good laser rangefinder helps here.

This is a muni so we didn't expect anyone to load our bags on our carts. The man behind the counter was bored and unfriendly. He didn't tell us the keys were in the carts or where the #1 tee was; simply "You can go." Pace of play was good. The fairways were narrow and, for the most part, okay. It was sometimes difficult to tell which way the fairway turned unless you drove forward to the tee box signs which had a schematic of the hole. Greens were slow but consistent and in decent shape. The rough was terrible. No effort was made to pick up leaves or branches; there was nothing but sand and scrub. Someone was burning what smelled like garbage in a pit located in the middle of the front nine. This would not be on my short list for a return round of golf.

The course was in excellent condition. The greens are smooth and run true and there is grass under the ball in the fairways. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Inverness Golf & Country Club is a very nice community course which is maintained carefully.

The course is in good shape and the staff js very friendly.

I would really recommend this course.

Haven't played this course in awhile and we were surprised on the improved conditions. Greens were consistent and great to putt on. Fairways were also improved. We'll be back this winter for sure.

A rather cool morning but we were welcomed warmly. No golfers in front or behind. A nice relaxed round of golf. Had a great lunch at the restaurant.
