Great course, just bring your own clubs!
Fun 27 hole course, it was a beautiful day therefore packed. Pace of play was not too bad, 4:21 for 18. Staff is friendly, carts are servicable. Driving range, chipping and putting facilities available. Busy day, but we didn't see the cart girl once in the entire 18, which was a little surprising. Be sure you have your own clubs though! If you are visiting from out of town you need to get with a friend that can loan you a set, because the rentals are at best a Goodwill bin collection, yet they charage $25 for them. In reality, they should be discounting your round by $25 for having to use them. See photos for details... pay special attention to the Callaway knockoff 5i in the bag next to the legit Callaway 6i. :) Definitely a nice course, the rentals made it a challenge on top of my new golfer high handicap. I'd play there again for sure.
Crosswinds: Impeccable Course with Minor Pace Considerations
Crosswinds Golf Club offers an exceptional golfing experience with consistently immaculate course conditions, from well-manicured fairways to true-rolling greens. The strategic design of each hole provides an enjoyable challenge, particularly on the Jones front and Olmetted back nines. While the overall experience was highly positive, a slight impact on pace of play was noted, with occasional waits of 3-5 minutes per hole. The staff's efficiency and welcoming demeanor continued to enhance the visit, ensuring a top-tier outing. Crosswinds remains a highly recommended course for its outstanding maintenance and design.

Course was in great shape a rainy day starting around lunch played the first 2 nines in 3 hours last nine in the rain course was in great condition and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Great layout
Played Ouimet/Zaharis. Challenging layout. Two totally different strategies. Zaharis was friendlier off the tee because the second shot angle was of most importance. Ouimet is a tighter shot-maker’s course. Greens were firm and true. Course was in spectacular shape.
SLOW PLAY
4:40 on a Tuesday? Top many tee times? One par 5 had FOUR GROUPS on it. Course was in great shape though
Nice Cours
For a town managed course this is extremely in good shape and fun to play. The pace was was just over 4 hours which was a little slow but acceptable.
