The Preserve Golf Club

This course is not being taken care of properly. Temporary tee boxes were in worse shape than permanent boxes mounds of sand on greens, weeds on greens. No yardage markers on fairways.

With water in play on every shot, and several blind approach shots, this is a great course to play. Tee boxes for every level of play. Well maintained, with a friendly staff.

I loved the layout and scenery, but the course shows definite signs of being neglected. The tee boxes, fairways and even greens were in sad shape and very lacking in irrigation it seems. The course layout is great and provided plenty of challenges, but the vegetation in the fairways was overgrown and blocked our view of the fairways beyond.

Course was in poor condition. Tee boxes were bare. Fairways were dry and bare. Trails were full of potholes. Some greens had significant damage.

Don't think I'll go back for a while.

Course has lots of potential, but it needs a lot of money to bring it to a class course. Greens are shoddy and so are tee boxes. Holes are difficult for long ball hitters because of doglegs and water. With some money invested it would be a pretty classy course.

The clubhouse and staff were very nice and friendly. However, this course is in very rough shape. Tee boxes, fairways and greens need a lot of attention. Some tees were over seeded but dry as a bone and no noticeable grass growing. Would not recommend playing this course. Not worth the money we paid to play it.

Second time to play Tara, and this year it is in better condition. 2022 was terribly dry and it showed.

Challenging layout, you can hit a great ball and still have it trickle in to water. Very tight. I would play it again, though!

Way overpriced for this course. &70 for a course with horrible tee boxes and greens in terrible condition is ridiculous. I will never be back.

The course was challenging....call it pinpoint golf. Accuracy matters and you need your driver on some holes. The tee boxes were under construction at some holes, but were still fine. Early morning round helps here...less people. Greens were firm and also held your line. Some had hidden undulations, making it somewhat tougher. Staff is pleasant and helpful. A book describing the course with info on how to play your shots. Very helpful! I'll come back to lower my score!

The greens are all pretty dry lots of bald patches but still puttable.

Have not been playing golf for about six weeks because of travel came back to play preserve one of my favorite courses and in six weeks the course has deteriorated the greens not good fairway good the Teebox is not good last time we played was December 23 and things were in excellent condition I do not know what happened but I am sorry to say it is not up to your standards
