Winter golf in the Spring
Played Cocoa Beach for the third time this year and looking back, haven't seen much growth after 12 weeks. It's been dry and they are planning on improving irrigation. Fairways are very bare and brown....difficult to find any grass...feels like you are on a cart path most holes. The greens are very inconsistent and patchy. With the wind howling this is a very difficult track.
The driving range is now open! We found a discount on Golf Now but would have really been disappointed if we'd paid 60 bucks.
The course is not long but consider moving up a tee box.....
Super friendly staff
I stopped by the course today for a round, and was running late. They were highly accommodating and everyone including the starter was super friendly and welcoming, the starter was sure to pair up singles to assure good pace of play. This is a huge plus for me.
The course itself however is incredibly dry and desperately in need of some rain, I do feel once we get the rain the conditions will improve dramatically.
I still enjoyed my round and congratulate the course on a very well run golf club.
A hidden surprise
Looking for a quick round of golf and stumbled upon this course, what a pleasant and genuinely hidden surprise, it was to golf here. Completely surrounded by the banana river I love the course layout it was convenient to get through. Though you could see, they’re still working on updating the grounds it was lovely and I would definitely be going back!

Had fun, good course the greens are being worked on they have a Fungus but greens are still playing decent fairways great tee boxes awesome, will be back for another round

Worst condition ever
Terrible greens all patchy not much green. Fairway all just dried up grass & dirt.
Look past the conditions
Yes, just as previous reviews have stated, greens pretty bad with burn spots, hard to get a true toll, speed good, rough pretty ratty. They’re in the middle of a large drainage project, so I'm giving them a break. And the tee sheet was full! Not suitable if you're gonna play a money match. BUT... nice layout, beautiful location, gators, birds...I enjoyed it! Yep, I'd play it again.
Was in town visiting a friend. We decided to try this course. Greens and fairways were in bad shape and the club rentals were sub-par. Best part of the course was the big alligators we saw. Would not recommend.
