Mosquito city
I played this course a month ago, and it was really fun and that’s why I returned. There were a ton of mosquitoes and my wife and I both got bit heavily.
If it wasn’t for the mosquitoes, I would have rated it much better.
Great public course 3 nines all open
Fairways are getting better everyday. The GREENS are the best in the area. Great deal for the price!!
The worst
This course is in terrible shape, tee box’s, fairways, greens. Played lakes to River. river 9 was 100% better than lakes. At least greens were in good shape. They let out a 6some…. That’s correct A 6 SOME… good thing is they only played 9. They had fun but back everyone else up 2 holes.
NEVER AGAIN.
Good times
I was completely surprised at how good this course was. Lots of water but not so difficult. Greens were great and fast with the grain. Will definitely play here again.
Greens were great.
Good layout. nice mix of holes with some, but not too much water. Fairways were pretty good. Not cut too close. had some bare spots but overall very playable. nice playing along the river.
So many weeds.
The grass is so dry. The weeds are so hard. It’s impossible to tell where the fairways is because there is nothing different about being in the fairway. The golf carts don’t have GPS and to add to that the signs don’t show the hole layout, just a distance. How exactly does that help me figure out where the extremely poorly maintained fairways it? Save your money.
Tight n dry
Fairways are tight and def could use some care. Greens were in very good shape, but not as fast as they looked. I used the same 5 clubs on most holes.
Nice course
Good pace and lovely scenery right next to the a banana river. The grass was brown in some areas. Overall nice place to visit.
Sad
I wish this course was all it could be. Great location. Great layout. Great staff. The conditions are so deplorable that no amount of cheap prices can make up for it. With money and Atlc Could be a world class golf course. Has the potential to be a jewel on the beast coat of Florida. Would take a couple of million and a true commitment to bring it to what it could be. As it is, one word, sad!
Tough Course with the Wind
Have played Cocoa Beach once a month since January. Have been unimpressed each time but have given it a chance. The driving range is now open and they plan on adding irrigation which is badly needed. Not much grass on the fairway and the greens are terrible to put it nicely. Bent-clover? It's a muni-course that gets a lot of play but not on my list of must-plays.
Great location!
CBCC is an average course, very busy and good value for money. The views are wonderful but the 3 X 9 holes only works sometimes.
Old course
Played the river and lakes nines. Rather an easy layout with decent greens that were in good condition and putted true. Fairways were sparse with many bare patches. The course is in the process of redoing the irrigation system which should help immensely. A fun course as it is fairly wide open with a few water hazards
