Good thing they have GOOD SIGNAGE. CONFUSING LAYOUT. overall nice course. Tee boxes are bare of grass.

Have generally enjoyed playing CB over the years. Received an impressive welcome upon checking in for our tee time when the attendant remarked, “you’re the free Golf Now group.” Course, not unlike the attendant, is worn out.

Course was in good condition and has a variety of different holes. On this day play was very slow, but will be back.

Always a peaceful and relaxing round at cocoa beach. Three nine hole courses , friendly staff, and an excellent view of the river while you play.

Rough shape
Fairways are in bad shape and tee boxes are dead. Greens need to be rolled. My ball would actually bounce on the way to the hole when putting. The greens are well watered. They were the best part of the course.
