Providence Golf Club

I play every week and there are a lot of courses out there that struggle to maintain their course in good condition. Not this one! The course conditions were PERFECT! Fairways were plush, greens were perfect and rolling true. Only downside was some of the tee boxes were a little rough but most of the tee boxes were in great shape. I can’t rave enough about how good of shape the course is in right now. Unfortunately they’re starting to aerate next week. I was about to play here again next week and I saw there’s a course alert. Now why they go and do that when the course is in phenomenal shape.

A nice track ! Wide fairways and plush greens make this a great challenge. Water is NOT friendly and can reek havoc on your game if you don't place shots well and hit it someway straight. Greens rolled nice and held well,

Overall a good course without breaking the bank.

Super nice staff, great course, good value. Good mix of holes.

Nice golf course for the price. Greens were in good shape and fairways too. A couple tee decks and the range were being upgraded.

This course looks like it’s spending some money on improvements.

Course was in good shape, played in 3 1/2 hours, highly recommend playing this course.

Great value for the money. Highly recommend! Course was in great shape. Only negative was the driving range wasn’t available to warm up prior to round as they are rebuilding it. It really was more of an inconvenience as they are doing improvements to the facility.

I enjoyed this course. Paired with a couple strangers who were casual golfers such as myself and we had a good time playing together. Compared to other courses in the area where you have to hit a narrow window between densely packed homes, the fairways here are pretty wide open. The layout of the course was fantastic. Some holes were more challenging than others. Had to use a fair bit of strategy. Tee boxes and greens were in good condition. Greens were generally fast. Course has a very pretty aesthetic overall. One thing I found annoying is that the carts would beep at you and lock up for being too "close to a hazard" if you are within 50 feet of it. There were several times I was on the edge (or even middle) of the fairway and it locked up on me. Definitely annoying but not a reason to not play the course.

Had a great time! Staff was friendly and attentive. Course was in great condition. Greens were fast or I should just back-off the backswing when putting - Haha! Enjoyed the day - we'll def be back!

The gentleman at the Pro shop was very welcoming and friendly- outstanding. Enjoyed our round. Great course conditions.
