Providence Golf Club

Course was in good shape and pace of play was good for a Saturday morning. Ranger passed by several times and always checked to see if we were having a good day on the course. This was the fourth time that our group has played Providence and we have enjoyed the layout and conditions each time.

Really enjoyed our round. Course was challenging. Greens played true and were in great shape.

We missed our Teetime due to traffic, but they made it possible to start 20min later, thanks for that. Nice course, pretty, at times challenging, in good shape. Some wet spots, not really relevant.

But….. super slow play. Waited at every shot, for 4 hours and 30 min.

Would play again.

The course is a good challenge although the fairways are wide enough to keep you moving. We were warned about snakes Nd gators, which we didn’t run into. I did get attacked by ants.

Keep the ball in the fairway.

Biggest complaint was pace of play. Over 5 hours in 90 degree heat gets try.

Course was great.. even after the hurricane but still some spots that need some work

Usually play when I come to the Orlando area. People are nice and course in good shape.

My wife and I played it for the 1st time. They put us with another couple that knew the course which was helpful. Other than us slowing down the groups behind us and letting a few groups go through it was a fantastic day. There were some very challenging holes and some easier ones which was fun! The wind made the course even more challenging. Overall a great day on a fun challenging course that was in very good shape. Green fees were $65 or so after taxes and golfpass fees. You won't regret playing this course.
