Staff very friendly and helpful from start to finish.
Price is excellent, especially now, in season.
A lot of water but can be avoided if you’ve played before.
Tee boxes and fairways in good shape.
Greens are small and tough which is OK but in bad shape. I’m not a great golfer but putting is usually my strong point so it was frustrating to see the ball bouncing around a lot.
COURSE SHAPE
DAVIE GOLF CLUB IN IN VERY ROUGH SHAPE . A FEW ''optical illusions" Off tee boxes and approach shots. 300 yard par 4 on front nine has hard baroness fairway in front of water hazard that envelopes almost any quality tee shot . it is also hard to see where greens start and circumvent flag stick . YOU MUST JUST TRUST THE YARDAGE ON APPROACH. OVERALL , ON A DAY WITH 30-40 MPH WINDS FROM BACK TEE BOX I DID SHOOT 88 . NO COMPLAINTS WHEN IM ON GOLF COURSE ANYWHERE , THESE ARE OBSERVATIONS

More water than fairways
Layout put way too much water in play for the average golfer
Green was very bad condition, lay out not t very clean!

A very good choice in this price range. Undulating greens key feature of course. Even accomplished golfers will appreciate the many ways to approach chip shots. Putting surfaces have different kinds of grass (note colorization changes on a green) on most greens. While some might find this aesthetically not appealing, it in no way affects the roll. The staff was super professional and friendly, from top to bottom. The cart girl is a friendly person, who adds pizzazz to her job. Beverage and food prices on cart are a bargain for the area. If your looking for a blue ribbon club house and pro shop, this course is not for you. The pro shop is in a trailer, but its staff would fit right into any 5 star facility. The heavy rains in south Florida in 2023, is a boon to many courses. The well kept verdant fairways provide good lies. I have played many $40-$70 courses in the area, and you should put this tract on your to play list. Great value across the board!
Great value course!
I booked as a solo but was able to get out a little early after being paired with a father and son from Montreal. We had a rowdy foursome ahead of us, but the pace of play was great. Some of the greens were iffy, but we got used to the roll. Water comes into play here and there, but it’s not overkill. Very enjoyable course, even for a high handicapper
