Cypress Course at Stonegate Golf Club

The course is fine. It's in good shape. The community surrounding the course is awesome. I just have one major complaint, although it shouldn't really affect your round of golf. They have a GPS system in each cart. It shows you a graphic image of the hole and the yardage on hole number one. However, if you want it to display the yardage on subsequent holes, you have to pay for it! What a tease! I've never heard of such a thing. Is that a new thing that courses are doing now? I think I will finally break down and buy a range finder. Thanks Stonegate Golf Club. I'm not recommending the course as a matter of principle. The GPS yardage should be included in the fee.

One of my favorite layouts to play just outside of Orlando. Par 5's are very testing as you can't go at a few of them in 2. Greens were rolling nicely. Definitely a course to check out if you haven't yet, a hidden gem for sure.

Nice course. Members behind us were not friendly about pace of play. Jumped ahead of us! We played in 4 hours as foursome!

Great course, always play here when in Florida. Put out in a 2 ball though amongst 4 ball groups so lots of waiting around. Great meal after golf and staff are super.

Weather was perfect course was in excellent condition. Greens are fast and starting to turn green.

Lots of alligators and turtles to be seen. It was a real nice hot day and they were sun bathing.

course was still a little bit rough but overall in good shape

Greens were in bad shape. Front 9 was very hairy and Stemped around 4. Must know the front 9 otherwise you gotta pay for the GPS which this was the 1st time I’ve ever had to do that which seemed weird. Fairways were good and rough was deep but fair. Practice facility was good outside of the range where you hit balls into a lake. Cut the greens and get them faster would have improved the experience. I can’t say enough about the staff. Very friendly, made us feel like we were home.

The course played extremely well.I really enjoy playing this course.

Got stuck very early behind 3 frustratingly slow resident members who refused to call me through whilst I was playing on my own.

Eventually I had had enough and skipped passed them on the 13th as did the couple behind me who advised me that tHey and their extended group are well known for this lack of etiquette

No course Marshall to sort them out

Next time I play I will check their whereabouts first

The cypress course played very well and is in very good condition

The course played well and we played the round in three hours and.fifteen minutes .It was great and the others golfer played fast in front of us and we never had to wait at a hole to tee off.

Really loved playing here course in great condition fast and tricky greens a bit tight in places but really enjoyed playing here :)

Had another wonderful experience at Stonegate golf. Challenging course design coupled with good course conditions made our 4hour round very enjoyable. Kudos to management.
