About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Needs a lot of TLC
Don’t waste your money. Conditions were absolutely awful. Pace of play was amazing but overall conditions of the course were terrible. Whatever money this place makes they’re certainly not putting it back into the course. Worst course in south Florida.

Fun course to play, great value!
I always have fun playing this course. If it was in slightly better condition, I would call it a Hidden gem, the greens are nice. The staff is great , pace of play is excellent , have real good value for the dollar spent. I go back regularly.

Good Value. Efficient round
Played on a very busy day at the course after a very wet weekend. My understanding was that every slot was booked from early in the morning until the last tee time of the day. Went out about 1030 and was amazed that we were able to get through the round in slightly under 4 hours. Vitually no waiting at any tee. I assume that is due to well-thought-out spacing and by a starter who is paying attention. The course is in fine shape for a municipal course. A pleasant experience

Good layout, great scenery, wonderful staff
Liked everything about the course this time through except the conditions were a little ragged. Seemed like it had a lot of play on it. Greens were better on the back 9. For the money, it is a fun, rewarding play.

Short and mediocre
Short course, even from back tees. No range. Greens slow. Few holes on inter coastal make it bearable. Fine for beginners.

Just Ok
Conditions were dry. Greens were slow and not particularly well groomed Good place to play with the casual golfer.
