About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Nice Course
Nice course to play, would recommend it. Not sure if it was an isolated case or if every outing is this slow ... we waited at least 5 - 10 minutes on every hole. Other than that this it is a wonderful course to play. Staff is friendly and courteous, course layout was challenging especially with the wind factor. They really need to have a more assertive ranger to keep things moving.
Good Find
Lake Worth was a good course for the money. Nice breezes from the intercoastal waterway. Pace of play was so-so. There was a ranger on the course. It hardly moved folks along. Opened up on the back nine. Absolutely no one wore a mask in the clubhouse. But of course, this is Florida.

Course was in good shape and like the pace of play. Good course for walking as well. This course don’t have a driving range.

Great location and view
Playable for all levels.
Nice water views. Few of any lost balls for most players. Course is player friendly with open fairways. Conditions good overall. Greens are all elevated making approach shot a little bit challenging.one of my favorite courses. Restaurant is good with a great happy hour

Good course with nice green
Second time we played at this course. We like this place . It’s a easy course. The greens are just perfect
Can you just follow those recommandations to the club instead of publishing them. I do not want they have problem
I would like to recommand to the club to take all COVID golf measures like the other golf courses
Remove the rates from the sand
Put an holder in the green hole so it won’t be necessary to touch the flag pole to remove our ball from the holes

Best shape I've seen
The course was in excellent conditions. Greens superb, fairways very good. Normally not in good shape. The more it rains the worse it gets. NOW super

Unfortunately this course since it is on the Intracoastal does not drain well;therefore there are many wet spots

I love this place!!
Lake Worth might never make the PGA Tour but the place has to be seen and played - the more you see it the more you'll love it the more you'll play it.
Front 9 are pretty straightforward but the back 9 get a little more interesting - if you've a wild drive most holes will play friendly for right handers.
What it's missing is a drinks cart!!
It's packed with characters and the 19th hole is an absolute Barn Dance!!

Solid round
Snagged first tee time this morning (7:12am) and was greeted by Dennis, who is fantastic. I’m in town visiting and I know that nothing is worse than unfriendly staff...Dennis got me paired up and even checked up on us on the back 9. Awesome guy. The course itself held up nicely in pretty bad conditions. Greens were rolling true with some tough but fun pin placements. You do not have to be very long to play well here and while the course is on the water it doesn’t come into play all that much. Definitely will be back on a nicer day to play again.
