About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Love all the choices of starting tees. Greens were great. Just loved playing here today.

Course needs water!
This is a very average course with a few nice views of the water. It could be improved with better maintenance of the greens, which were very neglected and dry.. Absence the maintenance of the greens this is a mediocre experience.

Lake Worth
It was nice being on the inter coastal waterway and catch the breezes. Course,is not in great shape. Lots of temporary tee boxes for women since the small tee boxes are burned out. Greens are very sketchy with lots of mixed grass. They were fast which is a plus. Because there are no natural divides between fairways you have to watch for errant,shots. We just missed getting hit personally when a ball came flying and hit the front of our cart. One foot higher and one of us would have been severally hurt. Good value for the fees.

Great experience!
Most affordable course on the water that I have ever played. Holes were long so one can definitely use all of the clubs. Greens were true and rolled well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant deck after your round is awesome. Good food and drinks.

There was a mistake

Best condition in years
Course is in top condition. Tees, fairways & greens--esp greens--are well-tended. Just wish there was a discount for not using a cart--like other courses.

Great value and terrific staff.
Great muni and value. While most public access courses in the area run north of $75, this open muni is solid and manageable. Staff is friendly and knowledgable on golf and their guests. Greens are easy on novice putters. Fairways are healthy and play is usually shorter than other more expensive courses. Not the same as lifestyle courses - it’s a muni - but easy to play and good for short to medium hitters.

Excellent layout. Some challenging holes. Not much rain so the course was dry.

COVID measures of protection are not enough
Rakes still there I do not use them!
They clean properly the kart.
Hole are as before COVID.. They did not put some fill in the hole to lift up the ball . This way we have to remove the flag who is not normal with the Covid
Second time this week , that the karts stop at the 10 and the other at the 11 hole.. We have to call,wait on line ... .Then somebody came and replace ours karts

Intercoastal
Nice and friendly course right by the intercoastal and very pretty site. Course was in decent shape, fairways in good shape and lots of typical Florida roll on flat course. The bunkers also ok. Only draw back that no driving range available, chipping and putting is available. I would play it again, the greenfee price at $38.
