The Club at Venetian Bay

there was no warning on GN when I booked about the greens getting sanded and rolled the day i played..They were doing the putting green and chipping area right before we teed off the rest of the holes were done earlier.

A few day before it had rained pretty good and the sand traps were a mess.

Hit great 5w toward the 5 green from 215 it splashed in the green side bunker and was not to be found!

Coure was as good as I remember from last year. Greens were in good shape fairway s were green and played well. !!!

Real nice 18 hole course, friendly staff, especially Fred Gibson, that day’s starter. Overall the course was in great shape for the third week of June ‘24. Five different tee boxes to add additional challenges for all skill levels. I personally did not use the on-site restaurant however the menu was varied, and price’s where inline or better than some surrounding restaurants in the area.

Before I could get out of my car in the parking lot I was already met with my golf cart and the gentleman greeting me grabbed my golf bag out of my car and put placed on the golf cart. Never had this service before, very welcoming. The course was in great shape as well. Challenging speedy greens demanding full concentration. Open layout absent of annoying trees allowing for shot shaping. Great course, highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the Pro Shop to the started and the "19th hole".. As I was checking in at the pro shop I said it was my first time at the course and the GM overheard the conversation and made a point of welcoming me to the course.

Course conditions were average, greens were slow and bit inconsistent but layout is great. Will definitely go back..

Course was very good condition given the lack of rain in the area this past spring. Some brown spot off the fairway. It just rained the night before, so the sand traps were packed, with some standing water, but they were raking them as we played.

Excellent and well maintained Golf Course, great value for the money, very good water views all around too!

only suggestion would be to have a bevcart or water stations on course

If you were looking to play golf on a course that has grass this isn't the course fairways are totally burnt out where you're hitting off a dirt the greens I don't know where to begin with the greens they're the worst around horse isn't worth the money you should be paying 30 to $35 to play this course not 55 $60 it's just not worth it and I have to laugh at the other reviews I don't know what kind of courses they play but they've never played a championship course and this isn't one of them

This course is a dream when it comes to playability and timing between. Even the courtesyof other groups show respect to the course and players around them. I'm not as good as I'd like to be, but the monitors in the carts give you a realistic chance. Staff is awesome, even when it's hot or you got a great deal on a round.

Fairways and greens very well kept compared to other close by courses.

Again, pleased with experience, even though I sometimes suck at golf.

Recently played with a good buddy of mine and we had a great twosome playing with only three holes of waiting. The course conditions played well for any skill. The course is fair and open I. The areas you need it to be. The Pro Shop had some unique gear not found in stores that was nice to get my eyes on. Prices were great for the course. Will be playing The Venetian often.

If you want to play a five five and a half hour round of golf this is the course you want to play the greens are horrible fairways you're hitting off of dirt the course is just not what golf course should be it's sure isn't worth $55

This course is awesome! Beautiful scenery with all the water. Fairways and greens are kept up well , this course is perfect! Great staff , very friendly and easy to get started! I would highly recommend anyone to play this course!
