The price is reasonable. When going through Golf now,

Course was in good shape. Some greens needed a little work, but overall good. They have done extensive work on their car paths. Wide Fairways and large greens, always fun to play.

The course is in great shape for this time of year, greens were good, but once we made the turn there was a huge backup in the 10th tee box. Pace of play was excellent on the front 9 and obviouly players are spending too much time at the turn doing something else other than going to the 10th tee box. Someone needs to keep players moving !

Course was very nice and well laid out but the pace of play was very slow. Teed off at 1:38 at 3:45 we stopped at the turn and inquired if we could get a partial refund for only golfing 9 because the pace was so slow we knew we wouldn’t finish by dawn. Starter was nice enough to allow us to go back out the front 9 because it was clear. We were able to get in 7 holes, it’s 5:10 and their cart started beeping warnings that all carts need to be back at the club house by 5:30, we were able to finish with 2 minutes to 5:30. The starter had told us that it’s normal for a golf round at this course to take over 4 hours. Maybe they should not be sending out golfers for 18 holes after 1:30. Because of they’re not going to be able to play all the holes. Nice course if you don’t mind a lot of waiting but way too slow for me for the price you pay.

Discourse is the most overpriced in the area for the shape it's in Pace of play is horrible will not play this course again it's just too expensive yeah better courses in the area that are a lot cheaper and I got to laugh at the people that do the reviews here saying this is a beautiful course I'd hate to see what they played they call this one a beautiful one

Course is way overpriced it's not a $79 course they think they're in South Florida where they're beautiful discourse needs a lot of work fairways tea boxes greens and a bunkers have never been replaced or upgraded since 2008 when a course first opened took 3 hours to play nine holes what a nice course go to Cypress Head also cheaper especially if you're a resident they don't do anything for the local residents here in New Smyrna they charge the same price

Course is in very good shape. The greens are in excellent shape and the fairways are in very good shape for January. They are resurfacing the cart paths, and the paths completed are nice. We will play this course again very soon.

Course is in decent shape, no winter overseed so the fairways are firm and thin. Played with 3 former course superintendants and immediately on #1 they said the same and elected to roll balls in the fairway to find grass! Greens are quick, tee boxes are not in great condition though - can tell they have not been moved in several rounds, so more often than not you'll find yourself standing on dirt, not grass.

Great course very well maintained greens rolled true had to be careful of your speed I am a 73 year old senior with a 14 handicap course was challenging enough for me

Loved everything about it. Fairways and greens were in excellent shape! Really nice people. Pace of play was a little slow (IMHO) because starter let out multiply 2-somes instead of combining us but otherwise everything was great.
