Beautiful golf course, everything is very well maintained. Played the Oaks/Marsh. Both nines were beautiful and in great condition. I found the Oaks to be more challenging and struggled a little as I am not the most experienced golfer. Still had an amazing day and am definitely looking forward to playing another round.

Nicest I’ve played in three months
I’m a snowbird, been in Florida 3 months. By far the best course I’ve played. I play 3-4 times a week…Davenport area for 6 weeks, Sarasota since March 21.
Course is not for the weekend warrior…lots of trouble, hard / fast greens, lots of break…most are elevated and guarded by bunkers and or H2O. Great scenery, challenging layout. I loved it….playing partner found lots of sand!!!

Pace of Play
On a day that was already overbooked they let 2 singles out in front of us who were members. Pace of play was already slow due to very large lady groups who had played in the morning according to a ranger. We paid our money to play so do not know why they would stick 2 singles out in front of us on 1 and 10. We were actually a threesome and they could have joined us rather than further slow down play

Course was in great shape. Staff helpful and friendly. So nice to play a course where the houses really were never in play. Lots of wildlife to see. Had a great day. Would definitely play again.
