Plantation Preserve Golf Course

I have enjoyed my day without any doubt at this nice golf course, i would recommend it. The price is correct, the course is very nice, pace of play correct.

Great, outstanding public course. Played with wife and another couple who we met playing day prior. Beautiful shape, outside staff very nice, clubhouse staff need someone management update. Played on day weather threatened, but finished. Beautiful course for any level of play. Outstanding to drive up to and course just as perfect. Don't miss out.

Good, varied layout.

Greens looked they had caught the measles - although the grass was quite broad-leafed, and the greens did not really take a pitch mark, it was evident that people were not good a repairing what pitchmarks they made, because the legacy showed in brown spots all over the greens.

Quite expensive - there are alternatives close by which are better value for money

Being greeted by the friendly staff who take your clubs and put them in the cart is a great way to start the round..

Having all the practice facilities right by the first tee just makes sense.. loved it

Overall, in the first 9 holes you play, the Marshalls do a good job of pushing the pace.. by the time you get to your second 9, you don't see them because everyone is usually going fairly well.

Lots of sand and lots of water. Played it from the white tees as were most other groups that I saw. First round was my worst round, because I feel its a course you have to know where to hit the ball as you can take advantage on a few holes.

On the last round we played (6 in total).. some of the greens looked like they were put through a wood chipper in some sections. yet pin was still placed in those sections as opposed to other portions of the green that were fine.. Common Sense

Going back to florida on a boys trip in a few weeks and we have penciled in Plantation Preserve as a must.

Fun Course that gives you a variety of options where to play the ball. Good twists and turns and some strategic water placement... Should I go for it or lay up...? Plays very different depending on Wind. Overall usually in great condition for a public course.

Overall the course was nice. It was in better than average condition compared to most daily fee courses in Broward. However, the pace of play was horrible. A five hour round is never acceptable.

The course is always in very good shape, especially for a public course. The greens are large and are in very good condition. The greens do run a little slower than they look. Minus the green speed, the roll true. I love the course, the staff is always friendly. I don't get to golf much on weekdays so I can only say the pace of play on weekends can be less than desirable.
