About
Heritage Isles is a scenic course that cut through native cypress heads and natural wetland areas. At 6,976 yards from the tips, it is one of the most demanding public golf courses in the Bay area. While water does come into play on all 18 holes the premium has been put on the short game. With large, meticulously maintained greens, those players who are handy on the putting surface should be able to shave a few strokes off their scores.

Great but still not as good as World Woods
A little hard to find once you get off the main road. Staff was super friendly and did not charge me for my wife as a rider due to her Alzheimers condition. As usual I ran into Moe, Larry and Curly out playing for the 1st time. 3 players with only 2 sets of clubs. Slowed me down the whole day and too dumb to let me pass as a single. Not the course fault. Course layout was really nice with a lot of water holes Also a lot of narrow fairways and greens. After the game I went back to the pro shop and bought my wife a Lightning Stanley Cup golf shirt for $50 for the staff being so nice. I offered to buy 2 with a senior discount and they said no. Oh well. Its a great course in great shape. Go play it !!!!!!!

Excellent layout
Friendly staff,pace of play is really good.teed off around 11am and done playing 18 holes by 2:30pm.excellent layout,course is in very good playing condition.

Great Course
Really enjoyed a lot about this course. It errs on the challenging side with a lot of water, but the greens and fairways were in great condition for most of the holes. A few bare patches here and there, but nothing to really make it awful.
A few of the bunkers had water in them, but that’s to be expected with how much rain we’ve had in the last week or two.
Great value, great course and just great overall experience, even with a tournament finishing just before our round making the pace of play a little slow.

Horrible Conditions
Course conditions were unplayable. Horrible drainage. Walked in mud most of time.. All traps were flooded.. Had to walk most of course because cart only on cart path. This is fine but it was 90's temperature. Upon arrival had a weird feeling of unwelcome.
Course is a bit overrated IMO.. Unsure if I'll be back..

Outstanding
We were thoroughly impressed. This place is so well maintenanced. It had been raining like crazy and it was even cartpath only and I’m saying it was still this great of an experience. The greens were running fast and true. We couldn’t believe how well the greens played. Staff was great as well.

Pleasant Course
Course in very good condition tee to green although some greens had bare spots around the edges. Greens rolled good but a bit slow from all the rain the day before. Bunkers had a lot of water in them and some balls were lost in the bunkers due to amount of water mixed with sand. Very good wide open layout. Had issue with the Starter rushing us of the first tee because he put another group right behind us and did not allow enough separation. The result was terrible rushed tee shots. Pro Shop associates very friendly and customer oriented. Would definitely play again.

One of my favorites in the Tampa area. Course is always i good shape. Fairways are lush. Greens can be a little slow but they’re always in good a shape.
