About
Heritage Isles is a scenic course that cut through native cypress heads and natural wetland areas. At 6,976 yards from the tips, it is one of the most demanding public golf courses in the Bay area. While water does come into play on all 18 holes the premium has been put on the short game. With large, meticulously maintained greens, those players who are handy on the putting surface should be able to shave a few strokes off their scores.

Good value and Course Layout
Course layout was very good and course in good condition. Pace of play was average. Really good value for the hot deal rate we played for.

Fun golf
Due to recent rains, the course was "Cart path only". This worked out fine but did slow pace of play a little. The course was in fine shape. The fairways were good and the greens rolled true. A few of the greens had dead sandy areas along small sections of borders. Most likely from fungus. The bad patches were small and only affected approx %5 of the greens. Several bunkers had standing water from recent rains, maybe 3 or 4 greenside bunkers. Not bad for our rainy season. The staff were excellent. They were helpful and quick. This course was worth the price and only 30 min. from Downtown Tampa. The grill had really good food. The wait staff were on point.

Surprisingly dry
Amid all the rain in Tampa, Heritage Isles has drained well. Cart path only with a few wet spots but overall very playable. Greens run fine.

Even when it rains rarely cart path. Always in great condition, even the greens. Strong recommend. Golf Now hot deals are always always great.

Great Value and Great Layout
Loved this course. Can’t beat the price and value of this course considering how well maintained it is. Offered challenges from the blue tees for all levels of golfers. Greens were true and course was clean. I just wish the gator on hole 7 hadn’t cost me two strokes because it would t move so I could get my ball. Fun round nevertheless.

Worlds slowest round of golf
Had a very long day trying to play 18 here on Sunday. The pace of play was so slow we had to call it quits after 9 holes even though we booked the whole day.
Marshall was aware of how slow it was playing and didn’t do anything to remediate the issue.
Was excited to play here as it looked nice but I can’t say the price point was worth the wait. Will not be back any time soon.

except the practice area is somewhat limited, everything else is excellence, course condition, lay out ...wish to have a course like this closer to home.

Great course. Needs more rangers
Was behind a family for front 9 and they were SLOW!!!! No ranger to move them along. Otherwise, great course.

Great place to play after all the rain. Pace of play was great, most sand traps were playable and the greens rolled good.
