About
Heritage Isles is a scenic course that cut through native cypress heads and natural wetland areas. At 6,976 yards from the tips, it is one of the most demanding public golf courses in the Bay area. While water does come into play on all 18 holes the premium has been put on the short game. With large, meticulously maintained greens, those players who are handy on the putting surface should be able to shave a few strokes off their scores.

Late tee times don’t work
We tee’d off at 3:00. Only a 2 some. Players in front of use very slow. Plates thru 2 groups the one group causing the problem was 2 holes behind. Wouldn’t let is play thru. 2 men 2 women. Women not very good like 10 shot to get to the green. The women road together using the same clubs. We ended up going around them and finished on time. Course shouldn’t offer tee time knowing you’re not going to finish.
Great condition
We play this course twice a month. It is always in good shape. They have improved the bunkers. Lots of new fluffy sand. Greens were quick and true. Rough was not too penalizing.
I like the fact that the fairways were green and the rough was brown. Offered a nice contrast
Fun course
The course was really nice. Fast greens. We enjoyed playing.
Areas of the course was sprayed with green spray paint to give the look of repairing. Pure nonsense. My own group I payed with was very slow. Golfers who has 8-9 strokes per hole should find a Par 3 course to play.
Extremely overbooked
Was playing with a friend who had never played before, so naturally our pace of play was slower. However, this course was extremely overbooked so we were not only assigned a single, but even though our pace of place was extremely slow we had to wait for people in front of us. Conditions of the course were alright- better than most in the area.
Impressed first timer.
First time playing this course. Layout was fun and challenging. Lots of tee options. Greens were hard and fast. Pace was slow even for an afternoon. Marshall turned a blind eye to a group of 6??? Other than that I would recommend this course. I will go back.
Great condition, great course
The course was great, didn’t see any bad spots, bunkers had really nice white powder sand, and a lot of it. Was paired with two members who were very freindly, the round felt a little slow but it didn’t bother me. Overall great experience, especially for the price
