Crane Lakes Golf & Country Club

Crane Lakes is a short, but wonderfully maintained course. Lots of water. Greens are very fair and putt well. Lots of wildlife around this course too, esp. if you're a bird lover. The restaurant serves a really nice fish and chips meal at a reasonable price. Overall, a very nice atmosphere, with very friendly people. Will definitely be playing this course again.

Playing out at this course was a blast, lots of fun holes and a creative design. Staff was extremely kind.

What a wonderful par 66. Great variety of holes, some were extremely tight, putting a premium of hitting it on line and controlling flight. Because of the extra par 3s it's a great place to work on your irons. I'm a professional golfer and a college golf coach. I took my team there prior to an event and we all really enjoyed it. The Pro and his staff were fantastic! Its well worth playing..

I have played here since I was 5 and I am never disappointed. Pristine conditions, fast greens, short length of holes with lots of water. Reachable par 5s, short par 4s, and a wide variety of 6 par 3s. Lots of birdie opportunities. Juniors play free, great staff, good short game facilities, great restaurant, great course for an avid ball retriever, hard for beginners but easy for low handicappers. Only mild complaint is a sandy range with no shots over 250 yards. Overall a fun course that is a nice change from norm.

This course has always been in great shape. Very challenging with water obstacles at almost every hole. Carts in great condition and very friendly staff.

I wish they offered closer access for disabled golfers. Today was cart path only and yes I get we need to protect the course, but a few carts for limited mobility people will not hurt the course.

Been living here for 12 years now and this is the ONLY course in the Daytona Beach area that has consistantly been in great shape! Love playing the course! Hats off to the course staff!!!

This course is about 50% water. The layout is not good at all, so many houses right next to the fairway. The cart had directions on what to do and not to, we cannot search for the balls in their yard and it stated in the cart “The residents are heavily armed”. That’s a bit much for me, seems like a heavy threat for a golf ball. The greens and fairway are well kept. I was forced to play with another golfer and I just wanted to play alone, which I find to be very disrespectful. I will not be back to play her and won’t allow my friends to play here. Threatening people with guns over a golf ball seems ridiculous.

I really liked this course. A lot of water and great iron play. Tight and tricky, but I loved the challenge. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Been playing this course for years. Always in great condition and the staff are always friendly. Check them out. They also have demo clubs you can try out free of charge. Highly recommend crane lakes.
