About
Cypress Head, an Arthur Hills design, is a blend of holes and styles, a layout of two distinct nines that impress players through different means. At 6,805 yards from the tournament tees, the course is not a beast (there are three alternative sets to choose from).
The first nine is the highlight at Cypress Head. These holes take on a variety of shapes and strategies with little repetition.
It features multi-tiered undulating greens and preserved wetlands with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The 14th hole is a 478-yard par 4 over water that comes into play off the tee as well as the second shot to the multi tiered green.
The Golf Club also features a lighted driving range and practice facility. Two practice putting greens, a target green and sand bunkers for honing your skills before taking on the challenges of the course
With its' superb conditions and beautiful wetlands setting, Cypress Head is a public club that offers a private and tranquil experience.

Cypress Head
Course was in good shape. Greens are slower than some other higher end courses. Staff was excellent.
Great time!
From start to finish - this was a great experience. Well manicured, friendly staff, non stop golf! We really enjoyed the round.
1st time playing here
So our friend booked this place without telling us it was over an hour away from Orlando, but Im glad he did. It was actually a really nice and fun course, especially for the money. Most places that charge $60 in prime season is questionable but this course was in pretty good shape. Its an older Florida course with that neighborhood country club feeling. Tee boxes, greens and fairways were all in good condition. If you have a hard time finding a tee time this place will not disappoint if you're looking to get out for a day with the boys. Oh and the pro shop lady was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The staff all friendly.
Great Day
The course is in good shape. The greens are in nice shape, although they ran a little slower today than the last couple times I’ve played. We were paired up with a very nice twosome and the pace was good, very short wait times between shots.
Good experience
I really enjoyed playing here. Course conditions were good. The layout is good and the practice facilities are good. Looking forward to playing here again when I'm in the area.
Good condition
The course is in good condition and pace of play was pretty good.
Great Shape
The greens are in really nice condition. They are running fast and true. The tee boxes and fairways are also in really good winter condition. It was a very enjoyable day. The pace was great. We played as a threesome in 3.5 hours. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
I will be back a few more times this winter.
Great course not great staff
Course is nice and has a fun layout. The staff are by far the worst in the area. Rude and unprofessional
Serviceable Golf in Palm Coast FL
This was a decent warm up for some
Better courses later in our vacation. Nothing at all scenic about this old course in an old neighborhood of mostly run down houses. Greens were very slow. At least you could hit off grass on the droving range.
Great condition
Was pleasantly surprised what good condition the golf course was in. Be back
Notification
Would be nice if the course would have notified us that the back 9 was closed due to cart path repair. We were so looking foward to playing the whole course. We drove 40 miles to play thereonly to find that only the front 9 was being used. I had booked thru Golf Pass the week before. When they do that it really slowes the pace of play down not counting the slow players. 4 1/2 hrs. A little long for that course. Oh well on to the next course.
Average
Arrived to be told the back nine was closed for maintenance. Staff said that was why the fee was so 'cheap'. Fair warning on GolfNow at the time of booking would have been appropriate. Would have gone elsewhere as it was my only round for this vacation. I went to this course based on the strong positive reviews for course condition. Geeens were good, but overall It was average at best. Fairways thin in many areas.
