City Of Lauderhill Golf Course
About
Lauderhill Golf Club is a nine-hole course that is ideal for beginners but also great for a quick round, regardless of skill level. The layout features plenty of water and the towering trees also present a challenge. You won't get any chances for driving on this course, but your short game skills will definitely get a workout. This par-30 golf course measures only 1,200 yards from the back tees. You might be surprised by some of the very short holes, including a few that are only 70 yards or so, but it's a fun round if you're looking for something casual. While it may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, Lauderhill G.C. is a great value for the money. It is one of the most affordable golf courses in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Pitch and putt
This place is basically pitch n putt. The greens are good. Way better than eco golf and it’s for short game basically but it’s super confusing to find the holes and the yardage is wrong. There’s a hole that says par 4/5 makes no sense. Overall fine for what you pay for
Grand Children or Your own kids
Great place to take them to learn to play golf. Will do it again next time we have grandkids with us.
Not bad for just getting a few swings in @ under $10
Really just a fun little place to get loose and hit a couple of shots- $ is so low...can't argue with that- JP
You get what you pay for
I wouldn’t pay $5 to play this course again. The maintenance crew followed me around the entire time on their machines and would drive on the greens as I was trying to play. The only thing I heard the entire time was them talking and their machines. Minimal difference between tee box, fairway and greens.
Easy and Laid Back
Other reviews and the price had us wondering what we were getting into but this course was a pleasant surprise. It’s an executive course with a few par 4s. It’s perfect for no pressure golf and a quick fun round with friends. It’s not in the best shape but, the value at $6 a person for 9 makes it up. Recommend this for those looking for no pressure golf.
Good starter course
As a new golfer this field provided a good place to learn the ropes and practice short range golf.
I always like this track
Fun place to play- I like to walk 9 holes here every once in a while just for the fresh air & exercise. Very fun lil' track at a great price- impossible to beat the $7 deal on golfnow
Things happen
The course was fine for the fees. Club opened at 7am. Tee time was 7:30am. Pro shop staff arrived around 9am. No pins on any greens so I had to watch the threesome ahead to know how to approach the hole. I figured the distance out with SwingU, but definitely missed some birdie opportunities because I didn’t know where to aim.
I’m sure it was no the norm but maybe be careful with the early tee times.
Price is right.
Fun little muni par 3 (basically). Great for the warm up I was looking for.
Very Disappointing visit
I was in Fort Lauderdale and wanted to get in a round of golf. I found this location online and unfortunately did not live up to its description. Furthermore it was a scary neighborhood. I felt as if I were playing alley golf.
It’s what you think it would be
Great place to take someone who is learning the game. Don’t expect much when paying $5-$8 but it’s still a few hours outside and hey a hole in one would still count if you slam dunked it!!
Golf Course is Closed
Please note that the golf course is closed. Golfnow irresponsable keep selling Tee times but the course it’s actually closed so don’t waste your time.
Course for beginner
Small green, not much indications for where to go at each hole but only Nine dollars for 18 holes. Some good holes
Dangerous Layout
With comments from my playing partner that day, who plays there a few times every winter..........
First hole was relocated after complaints by the condo owners to the left side. On rare occasion, balls were landing near their pool and sitting area. Instead of installing a net along the left property line, the first hole was moved beyond the condo. This cut an already short first hole, in half.
Then the 8th and 9th greens were realigned. They are now next to each other across the same pond! So you hit over water on the 8th, walk over a bridge to the green, which is right beside the 9th green...and I mean right next to it. So folks hitting on the 9th tee can hit those on the 8th green and vise versa!. Once you have finished on the 8th green, you retrace your route back over the bridge and shoot at the 9th, sometimes hitting the 8th green. Just a terrible layout for the last two. There are two other holes where you have to have your playing partner keep an eye out for balls coming from other holes! On another you have to wait for group to tee off before you can tee up for another hole. The two tee off areas essentially criss-cross. Wish I could give 0 stars for course layout. And at $6.00 a round, you would think it is a wild bargain - not.
I am truly surprised that no one has gotten killed on this course.
