Low Value
This course leaves much to be desired. The course has a modern looking clubhouse and ample parking, but there was no signage directing gofers to a bag drop and no bag man on duty. Signing in at the Pro Shop and meeting the Starter was a pleasant experience, so we had hopes of an enjoyable round. But we found the course in rough condition. Tees were quite shoddy with many bare and soggy spots and plenty of weeds. Cart paths are the worst in the Central Florida area with pot holes and endless puddles to drive through. Though there had been some recent rain there were way too many soggy spots in the fairways. Bunkers were ungroomed and many had standing water. The rough appeared to have little or no maintenance attention for some time – very uneven ground, inconsistent turf, and plenty of weeds. The greens were slow – around 7 stimp – rough and bumpy. There were many areas of mildew which was hard to explain for a course that has few trees near the greens to block sunlight and wind that could keep the greens healthy.
On the plus side the course layout presented plenty of different looks and challenges to plan your shots. There were a couple of holes where we needed to drive forward to identify shot landing zones. The pace of play was completely unimpeded – very few people on the course.
Though the green fee through GolfNow was the lowest that I’ve had in the past couple of years, the value just wasn’t up to even that low rate. If you just need some exercise, playing a round there is ok. But if you want an enjoyable golf round try another course.

While our course drains so well that we are frequently the only one open in the area, a high volume of water is going to leave a mark on any course. Our paths do flood in spots and we are currently working to build them up so the water runs off correctly. We also were not able to get mowers on the golf course due to the rains so you certainly saw it at its worst. I'd love to have you back another time to show you the golf course when weather conditions have not completely impeded maintenance practices. Great layout!
Always enjoy the layout at this course and it's about as much challenge as the average golfer needs from the blue tee. Course was in good condition overall with tee boxes and greens in very good condition. Fairways a bit rough in spots, but playable.

Greens
Greens rolled well. First time playing course, good experience, nice pace of play. Tough track with trouble everywhere but fair.

The course is in decent shape. Fairways are cut pretty close.Greens are in good shape but challenging to putt.You feel like you are in the backwoods of Florida but it feels like you have the course to yourself.

very nice local course
greens were sanded but still playable, some tough pin placements, most of course decent condition.

Challenging course, good shape.
This course is challenging and you must place your shots to stay out of trouble. Overall in good shape, some rough areas, greens are fuzzy and a little slow but in good shape. You need to play this course a couple of times to get the layout.

Indian River Preserve
Nice Course, Pro Shop, Clubhouse and Layout. Tees and Fairways in Good Shape. Greens a little Bumpy and Slow... but good grass and no bare spots!

Excellent day on a challenging course with good friends. Greens rolled true, consistent, and receptive. Highly recommend playing this course
What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
Greens were HORRIBLE - the pace was so disappointing. Several tee boxes were in a state of embarrassment. The course has a beautiful layout with such great potential. Most of the traps are washed out and muddy!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - until they start putting money back into this property!!

I apologize you had a poor experience at the golf course today. We had 8 inches of rain leading into this weekend which made it difficult for us to have the course 100% back to its normal conditions. With that high of a volume of rain, some of the traps do start to hold water and we also cannot get mowers on everything as we do not want to tear up the golf course. I do hope that you will give us another try when we are not coming off of such poor weather. Thank you for taking your time to offer us your feedback. That is what allows us to know where we can improve.
Course was in great shape. Staff was friendly. And played a round in 3:15. Definitely will be back.

Awful Good
If anyone ever asks how I played at this course whether i olayed well or not I always tell them that the course was beautiful. Thank you for letting me play at a gorgeous course at amazing price.

Good for the money
Payed the hot deal price and enjoyed the course. The course was in good shape., fairways were rolling and greens played true.
There was a lot of blind t shots that made the course difficult for someone who has never played this course.
