1st time playing , course has a great layout , tees are good,fairways for the most part are good,greens were good and medium fast , 1st nine is easy back nine gets your attention , was fun will go back

This is one of my favorite golf course a ever bin it's my first time but not the last the pro schop guy did a great yob

A walk up to ride my up and the man told my a was a day to late but he ganged for this day a was so good from him to do that

Had a delightful time! Course is our favorite in Central Florida but weren't able to be there in a while. So glad we went back. Were not rushed - had a relaxed round which is so rare now days. Course not in perfect shape but very nice and greens were really good. The clubhouse is perfect and - wow - can't say enough about Renee at the bar! We will go out of our way and return as often as possible!

Greens are in good shape, I'd give them a great but they're a little slow and bumpy but will be awesome by summer I'm sure, fairways have come a long way, clubhouse is awesome, food is great. Will be playing this course throughout the summer.

There are no houses on this course which is awesome.

Having played this course a few time previously, I was anxious to get back and 'give it a go' again! This time I found the overall conditions better than average and the greens in excellent shape, albeit a tad slow -- maybe a 9 - 10. As such, it helped me to card a 74 -- my best round ever! Had it not been for a 'double' on the infamous 9th, I would have been in heaven! I find it's a course you have to "manage" if you want to score well. Otherwise you can find trouble, esp if you're too aggressive on some of your longer second shots (+ 170).

After driving about a half a mile through a housing development that obviously fell through during the housing collapse, having never played here before, I was afraid that the course would be indicative of the cheap price. I was dead wrong. Yes they have spent lots of money on the clubhouse but they haven't forgotten about the course either! Out of six courses I've played in the area over the past few days, they have the nicest layout, practice area, clubhouse, pace of play and price of all of them. I will certainly be playing there again. Most likely today!

Finally there is a real Clubhouse instead of the container they used to have. But that is about all what changed, except the hole no 1. is now no 10….. Path are still covered with sand and gravel. No service at the bag drop. The course is rather easy, some places wide opened. Tee boxes and fairways need some attention. Bunkers are just OK and the greens are rather slow. But even though, it is pleasant course to play, but nothing special to it. Staff is friendly but except the Beverage cart girl on course not seen much.

Overall, not a bad track and with a hot deal good value for the money.

Played the course since we were in the area. Its a good challenge if you hit the ball off the mark. We would play again.

Management put all the money into fancy club house and have not kept course in good condition for three years. The layout is good and can be challenging. You never see a ranger hence, if you book between 8 to 11 AM the course is continually slow play.. The only reason I play there is their discounted seasonal rate card. I may not even renew that for Summer of 2016.

Course is a very nice layout. Greens were a little bumpy and in need of some attention. There was no ranger on the course so tee times were backed up 40 minutes. Took almost 5 hours to play. Staff was friendly and helpful - offered free range balls while we waited for tee time. Course plays tough but i think its fair.

Always nice to play here, nice layout, mixture of grip and rip and target holes. Tee boxes in rough shape but greens more than make up for it. Great practice facility, definately use putting area before round.

Course was packed from a frost delay in the morning. had an 11:48 tee time. got off late and played a 5 hour plus round. Not very good having to wait at every hole. Course was in good shape for early February. Bunkers need more sand in them, especially around the green. Overall a nice course to play.

I was looking forward to playing here again as I hadn't played it in 5 years. It's what I remembered. There is one challenge after the other.

Played from the blue tees on most holes. Three holes from the white tees. Made it a manageable round. Course gives you a little bit of everything. Greens were consistent. Will go back.

Great variety of holes. Strategic, well-maintained bunkers. Greens a little slow, but a good stroke make ball roll out ok. Fairways not pristine, but very playable. Staff excellent. Very busy but good for them. If you are in the area, play it. You will not be disappointed.

The course is a nice layout, and the conditions have improved in the past year. However, they had overbooked the course and we saw and heard irate customers at several points during the round. They had a scrambled which had engulfed the course. They should have not taken our tee time as we had to wait a considerable amount of time. They started us on the back and when we came around the front we lost our place because a group went in to get something to eat, and then jumped in front of us. In response to our complaints they just said that it would clear up soon when the scramble cleared out.

Since the Billy Casper organization has taken over this course, they have put time, money and expert quality of staff, chef and maintenance crews into making this one of the best courses in this State in my humble opinion! Someone imagined this course had so much potential and took that to heart creating a fabulous design, layout and surrounding beauty. We have been playing this course since 2008 but it was no where near this top notch quality that it has become. The clubhouse is simply gorgeous as well as restroom facilities, carts, teaching facilities, putting greens and what a fantastic staff. This course is the diamond of courses on the Space Coast. There is nothing that compares locally. The rates are unbelievable this time of year when then snowbirds come. Most places in the area become unaffordable to locals that support courses throughout the year. Walkabout has not fallen prey to those rates. If you haven't played, put this course on your list. You won't be disappointed.
