Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club
About
Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club is a Scottish links-style layout that is routed through sparkling lakes and carefully preserved conservation areas. The challenging layout features narrow tree-lined fairways and water hazards on all 18 holes. The front nine is short and tight, which contrasts nicely with the longer and more open back nine. Overall though, the golf course is not particularly long by modern standards. It is a shot-maker's course, requiring both accuracy and skilled iron play. The course has a challenging finishing hole that sums up the best elements of the course. This par-4 is a sharp dogleg right with a slew of bunkers and a pond to reckon with. The hole borders a nature preserve, making it the prettiest and most challenging hole on the course.

Well Worth it!
If given the opportunity to play this course - go for it! It is well managed, well maintained and a fun course to play. I will definitely play it again.
Great conditions
Tight course. If you’re long you might only end up using your driver on 1 or 2 holes. Fairways lush. Good bang for your buck
Got what was expected
The course was in great shape as expected. Did not realize we were part of a double stacked shotgun start tho. Other made I would have given it a better rating.
Great golf course
The golf course is in great shape the front nine is tight but short the back nine is longer but overall the fairways are like carpet and the greens are in amazing shape great job to the crew all the way around
Bring those water balls!
Was a fun day of golf. The course was in pretty good shape, considering the drought. Greens were about an 11 or 12 and were true. That back 9 though! Starter warned there was more water on the back than the front and well, he wasn't wrong! I don't recall a hole that didn't have water in play on the back. Heck I hit the green on one, ball spun back and rolled off, down the hill into the drink.
In Perfect condition
By far the best condition course I've played in Florida in 2 years
Hats off to the grounds crew especially with the drought Florida has had.
Very good greens. Fast and firm.
Great conditions for drought conditions.
Very crowded on the back nine. 4 groups on the 10th tee.
Ponds were very low but fairways and greens were good.
Enjoy playing here. Thanks.
