La Cantera Resort - The Palmer Course

Course was nearly empty the day before Thanksgiving. We played as a twosome in three hours. Greens were putting about 11-12 Stimp. Awesome views, beautiful from start to finish. Clubhouse and staff first rate.

Even for the beginner!! Great exercise, even with the blind t-shots, and blind fairway's... The scenery is second to none and there are some great picture opportunites! I'd play this course every day if i had the $$

We got a deal on the daily rate through GolfNow and the course was in great shape. The staff was courteous and helpful even though we were running late getting to the course. Would play this case again anytime.

Greens were in great condition! This is a very challenging course with high slope rating. Staff were fantastic, Phil is a great starter. Significant elevation changes and a few blind shots make paying attention to GPS important and worthwhile. Course conditions were near excellent and the value from Goldnow.com was amazing.

Nice facility, fair price with "Hot Deal"-would not pay rack rate. Course was in nice shape, not busy on our round. Three of us played in 3.5 hours and didn't rush.Generous landing areas, some blind tee shots and a couple of forced carries but good for all levels. Course probably plays longer than the card because of the uphill requirements. Would play again.

High elevation with blind views, but absolutely beautiful. Fairways, traps, and greens in great shape. Slightly challenging, but not overly difficult.

From the moment we arrived and the attendant took our clubs until we finished our 18 and the attendant cleaned up our clubs and loaded them in our vehicle, it was a great golfing experience. The course has a unique design, is beautifully maintained, and has gorgeous views.

First time to have played this beautiful course. Will be going back. Highly recommend, but it is tough!

The staff were super friendly offering advise on the blind tee shots and other course knowledge. The course was in great shape and a pleasure to play. Great views, fantastic track that I would like to play again... Only negative was I rented clubs that were quite pricey considering they were a starter/low end set.

Best course in San antonio, great condition and very challenging

Enjoyed the course, torward the end of the round I became tired of navigating the very steep hills. Great to play once in a while, will put on my yearly menu along with the Resort Course.

I played with a friend who also has a pretty good game and we were challenged, thoroughly enjoyed the pace of play, views and overall experience. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who want a memorable experience.
