5 hours and 15 minutes to play a round of

golf. Overpriced for what you’re getting

This is one of my favorite public courses in South County, it is in great shape and the course layout is much more fun than similarly priced course such as Tijeras Creek. (Cheaper than Tijeras too) My only issue is that the holes looked like they were cut with a butter knife 2 weeks ago, the way the edges were rounded. I am no tour player, but when a putt goes more then 180 degrees on a lip out on multiple holes for multiple golfers, it’s a bit of an issue.

That is my only gripe, everything else was great! Expect to wait 15 minutes for a hot dog and a beer at the turn. The guy working the snack shack at the turn may be the slowest working person known to man, really ruin pace of play if you have a group ordering food!

Quiet. Quick pace of play. Good track for the money. Wish they took better care of the high-traffic areas such as tee boxes. Some truly challenging holes and a few definitely crammed in.

We played on a Sunday afternoon. The course was had golfers in tee slots for at least the 4 in front of us. but there was no restaurant open, just the convenience counter. Hardly any staff around and not particularly attentive. I went in pro shop for a while but person there didn’t acknowledge me so left. No one at the bag drop.

Golf course needs some TLC and it’s obvious it hasn’t been getting any.

The course layout is wonderful!

Conditions are fair-to-middling.

Pace of play on a beautiful Spring Friday afternoon was slow.

Challenging course, definitely worth playing because of the design…. However, overpriced based on conditions… and outdated cart info system.

All of the staff were rude and it was my first time here I had high hopes for the premium price tag. Course was average at best. The staff were on a high horse and were on their phones while I was asking for directions to the off site driving range. Very rude.

The staff is abrasive and not accommodating. The greens are in decent shape but the fairways and tee boxes need a lot of work at this price point. The starter staff seems very abrasive. This course has decent layout of challenging yet playable holes if only the management would put money into the course vice their pockets..... HONESTLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY ID RATHER PLAY OTHER COURSES TWICE THAT PLAY HERE EVER AGAIN

Greens punching maybe 3 weeks earlier the punch marks were the biggest I’ve seen easy as big as a nickel

There are three of us, two from San Diego and one from Arcadia, that play this course because it is close to being a halfway point. Plus, we love the course.

Used to be one of the best courses in OC with groomed fairways and marble white sand bunkers. Now it’s weeds, dried out fairways, uncut palm trees, and the bar restaurant isn’t even open. The staff sending people out sent 3 twosome’s out stacked in a Sunday afternoon. We left after 9holes and lost our money.

Very fun course, front nine is simple and pretty easy, back nine has a very reachable par 5 along with some fun holes in the wilderness. Played my best round with a few birdies and an eagle on the 11th. Pace of play was a little rough, around 4:45, so slow but not crazy slow.
