Weeds in bunkers, tee boxes were terrible and pace of play was slow. How do you wait on every hole and tee off at 9:45am? Saw personel driving around but it never picked up. Course layout is fun and could be a 5 star course.

Fun course, enough trouble to make you think twice but forgiving.

The tee times are stacked up against each other so much that I had to wait about 5 minutes or more between EVERY SINGLE shot. Completely packed and excruciatingly slow pace of play. While the course conditions are nice, I would rather go to a worse course to avoid this miserable pace of play again.

Very nice course. If you can get the Hot Deal for under $100 even better. Will definitely be back.

The pace of play was excellent. The back nine plays tough but it was nice to have time to figure it out!

Always love the layout of this course, but for price of green fees you’d expect them to take better care of the course. Too good of a location and too good of a layout to take such poor care of the course. Tee boxes were overgrown, greens looked healthy, but very bumpy, fairways were decent. Use the money you’re charging people to take better care of your course!

Had a great time playing here for the first time.

Playtime was good 4.5 hours short wait on some par 3’s.

Greens were in great shape. Only request would be for them to have beverage cart out there.

Good balance of fun but challenging layout. Course was in very good condition and the pace of play was perfect.

I played here at three or four times and every time I’m so disappointed and I definitely am not coming back anymore. I only play it because it’s close to my son’s house. But the staff are not friendly, for a course that you pay $160 for there’s no one there to take your bag. There’s no help at all, the pace of play is terrible, the course is not in great shape and it’s just not worth the money

I have played municipal courses that were in better condition. All the grass was miserable, the course needs major investment or it will eventually close. The bones of the course were good, but the condition was absolutely atrocious. This dog track is not worth more than $50 to play a round.

This was my first time playing Talega but wont be my last. The course was in great condition, especially the greens. We played from the whites as it was our first time playing so it was fairly easy, but if you want a challenge, the tips were almost 7,000 yards. My only complaint is there is no beverage cart and the bar was not open (only for brunch on weekends). I highly recommend!
