Yucaipa Valley Golf Club

First time playing the course and pleasantly surprised. The course was in good shape. Greens held your shots and rolled true. Our group played in 4 1/2 hours on a Sunday morning. Never felt like we were being help up or pushed by the group behind us. I felt the course was a good value for the $$$. Will definitely play again.

I really appreciate the condition of the course in cooler weather. There were a few soft spots with tire tracked that made the course a little sloppy, but overall it was a nice day of golf. The pace was slow due to players lack of etiquette. I could have finished the round 30 minutes earlier had the golfers in front of me been a little more considerate.

This is one of our favorite Inland Empire courses, the lay out is super friendly and has just enough challenges to keep the game exciting, the only advice I’d give the management is to make sure there are service carts taking care of players, we did not spot a single cart during the 5 hours we played on 10/26… everything else war perfect!

Pretty good course greens where fast but very good

Looks like they just seeded some fairways over all good conditions. Played with a local group good bunch of folks.

I would recommend this course to all golfers

All great except girl checking us in was not friendly at all. She was not very helpful and didn't explain how things worked. Some kids on the driving range explained how to use the code on the receipt to obtain the balls. I'm 76, female and weigh 105 and when I asked to get the golf cart because I couldn't carry my clubs, she made it seem like a big deal.

The lady behind the bar was very friendly. The only issue we had was with the Marshall. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was in a group of 2 and we were behind 4 other groups of 3 or more. So pace was slow. We did not have a group behind us for about 1.5 holes.

Marshall rolls up to us and tells us “You need to tee off now unless you’re good enough to drive the green” and we explained that the group in front of us barely left the tee box to go find their tee shot (As he can see them driving away). He proceeds to tell us that we ‘need to show respect for the people behind’ and tee off now.

We explained that we will not tee off because we are not going to drive up on the group infront of us and be rude. He then drove off saying “Have some respect”

If this was our first time, we would never come back. We have had many positive experiences here but unfortunately this one was not

Played this course 15 years ago when I lived here. We came back to visit family and this place is in really bad shape. Golf cart was absolutely a ticking failure. Though it would fall apart on us while we played. The golf course had dead spots on most of the greens. The fairways look as though the had cut them after a case of beer and couldn’t stay in line. Love the layout of this place and it’s a real shame to see it this way. Hopefully it can find its prime again. They actually played a Web.com qualifier here before.
