Tierra Verde Golf Club

Pro shop was a little short with us. He was complaining about the booking not telling how much to charge each player. I don' think he likes people booking on line.
I really enjoyed the challenge of the course, I am sure the next time I will play better now that I have played it once.

Overall a very good course, nice design with interesting layout and variety. It's high priced for a public, city course. They seem to be trying to make it more upscale than the other 2 city courses, which are much more reasonably priced. The biggest problem I had with the course was the poor condition. I was absolutely shocked that the condition of the greens, and fairways were so bad. It could be that I had just played Texas Star the day before and the course was immaculate. There was no comparison. Or, it could be that I'm expecting too much from a city course. At any rate, I wouldn't come back at their normal price point. It's a good deal only if you can get your round discounted like I did through GolfNow. They're asking for premium price for a far less than premium conditioned course.

Pro shop needs friendly meds. Check in was ok. late crew would lift a finger to say hello and thanks for spending almost 300 with fees food and sodas.

Tremendous course! A wonderful layout, kept in remarkable condition considering the amount of play it gets. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best values in the DFW area!

Had I known that the greens fairways and tee boxes were punched and every hole was playing on the women's tee box I never would have paid for my friend and I to go play our match at Tierra Verde. Not only did it not say anything online or over the phone but we didn't even know until we got to the first tee box that the entire course was in poor playing condition.

Play here quite often and it's never disappointing. Tight landing areas and undulating greens make this one of the best courses in the area. We always play it from the tips and i have only broken par there on a couple occasions (+ hndcp)

Might not be worth the full value but they have many discounted tee times on golf now and we always snatch them up

Loved the course. The greens were in excellent shape, and the fairways were very good (especially for February). The greens have lots of undulations, but roll true. The staff is super friendly.

Very good course. Played full round in a about 3-1/2 hours it was a weekday but it was still good play.

very good course. Greens are well mantained. Bunkers are raked. course is Awesome. Ronnie at check talked and treats you like you should be treated. Again LOVE THIS COURSE!!!

This course has such a great design to it! I enjoy playing here as often as I can and the greens are excellent! If you have never played here then you need to go!

Pace of play on this course was very slow. 11:30-5:30 is too long for 18 holes in my opinion. The staff was very friendly and courteous. This may have been part of the problem. The course marshall was not moving one slow foursome along that was holding up 5 groups behind them. The course is in good shape and well maintained. I like the layout. Just too slow today. I wuld not pay full price for this course. With the GolfNow discount it was a reasonable value.

A group of my friends played Tierra Verde on Saturday, 10/27, and even though it was a little cold outside, it was a great round of golf. We found a golfnow hot deal for less than $20 per person, and this course is worth 3 times that! The fairways are in great shape, and the greens are excellent! I've found myself searching for courses that have greens as nice as these, and I will definitely be back to Tierra Verde soon!

Course is in the best shape from tee to greens , I recommend you to go out and play you will enjoy your round and the staff are great it also has one of the best practice facilities in the area .
