About
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is a part of the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, just north of Dallas. The front nine of the course is interwoven with the community itself while the back nine sprawls across open countryside. The five sets of tees range from just over 5,000 yards to just over 7,000 yards, allowing the golf course to be played as a leisurely round or a formidable test. The challenging, well maintained greens are the course's most memorable feature. Golfers should be prepared for a back-to-back peninsula green and island green on the seventh and eighth holes. The 14th is another tough water hole that runs alongside Lake Lewisville. Water is not the only hazard at Frisco Lakes Golf Club though, there are also plenty of strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Nice course
We play FL a lot. It is a fun course and for older people it gives you a chance to par a hole. We had carts on path because there was a 3-inch rain a couple days before, so that is tough for an 84 year old, however, they definitely needed to keep carts off the course.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. Thank you for the 4 stars! We aim for a 5-star experience, so we always welcome feedback for improvement. Thank you for playing Frisco Lakes Golf Club.
Fun course not much trouble off the tee
We had a good time. Course was great. If you miss hit off the tee you will be fine. I brought someone that doesnt play very often and he didnt lose as many golf balls on this course. I love the way the greens roll. We will definitely be back to play again!
Highly recommend this course!!!

Good course
The weather was pretty good - a little breezy but warm. The course was in good shape especially for the early season. The greens seemed a little slow but were in good condition. The pace of play was good after the early tournament finally finished. The practice facilities are better than most other courses I've played.

Wonderful Course
Love this golf course with the challenges of water, terrain, and distance. greens are in good condition. Only feedback is that pace of play is very slow. And golf etiquette to keep pace with group in front is not followed or enforced.

A Gem
My new favorite course in DFW. And, I’ve played many of them: Prestonwood , Gleneagles, DAC, DCC, Cowboys, Pecan Hollow, Watters Creek, Dallas National, TPC Las Colima’s and more. For a public course, the golf is spectacular. Tough and fair. Great conditions even with the recent snowstorm and freezing temps. Amenities rival any private course. Have played twice in the past week and both were four hours on the nose
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your time. We look forward to seeing you on the course soon for another 5-star experience!
Overview
Got a great deal on golf now for 39. Typically this course is 64 plus to play and to be honest it’s not worth that. This is a 40 dollar course just like all the rest. Do t know why they think so highly of this place.
Hello, Thank you for reviewing the course. Your feedback about the price of our course is important to us. We always want to make sure we are offering golfers a competitive price for their round. Great course
This is a great course. Quite scenic. Greens are undulating.

Favorite course
I’ve lived in Dallas a long time. Been a member at Gleneagles, Gentle Creek and Prestonwood.
This course is the most fair and most fun I’ve played in DFW.

Great course and Burgers
Great course everyone very friendly, pace of play good most of the time, pace on weekends better if Pin placements would not be placed in tough spots, can’t wait to come back and play.
Burgers and fries great seems made to order

Pace of Play
Pace was very slow, followed a two some who was behind a foursome of ladies who were extremely slow. Reported it to the marshal who did nothing. A 5 hour round of golf.
Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the pace of play issue during your round. With an uncharacteristically full day, we work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and allow our guest the chance to complete their rounds. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for playing Frisco Lakes Golf Club. We hope to see you again soon.
Winter roughness
Looks pretty dull mainly because of winter. Sand traps looked a lot better.
