About
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is a part of the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, just north of Dallas. The front nine of the course is interwoven with the community itself while the back nine sprawls across open countryside. The five sets of tees range from just over 5,000 yards to just over 7,000 yards, allowing the golf course to be played as a leisurely round or a formidable test. The challenging, well maintained greens are the course's most memorable feature. Golfers should be prepared for a back-to-back peninsula green and island green on the seventh and eighth holes. The 14th is another tough water hole that runs alongside Lake Lewisville. Water is not the only hazard at Frisco Lakes Golf Club though, there are also plenty of strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Good course
The weather was pretty good - a little breezy but warm. The course was in good shape especially for the early season. The greens seemed a little slow but were in good condition. The pace of play was good after the early tournament finally finished. The practice facilities are better than most other courses I've played.

Wonderful Course
Love this golf course with the challenges of water, terrain, and distance. greens are in good condition. Only feedback is that pace of play is very slow. And golf etiquette to keep pace with group in front is not followed or enforced.

A Gem
My new favorite course in DFW. And, I’ve played many of them: Prestonwood , Gleneagles, DAC, DCC, Cowboys, Pecan Hollow, Watters Creek, Dallas National, TPC Las Colima’s and more. For a public course, the golf is spectacular. Tough and fair. Great conditions even with the recent snowstorm and freezing temps. Amenities rival any private course. Have played twice in the past week and both were four hours on the nose

Overview
Got a great deal on golf now for 39. Typically this course is 64 plus to play and to be honest it’s not worth that. This is a 40 dollar course just like all the rest. Do t know why they think so highly of this place.

Favorite course
I’ve lived in Dallas a long time. Been a member at Gleneagles, Gentle Creek and Prestonwood.
This course is the most fair and most fun I’ve played in DFW.

Great course and Burgers
Great course everyone very friendly, pace of play good most of the time, pace on weekends better if Pin placements would not be placed in tough spots, can’t wait to come back and play.

Pace of Play
Pace was very slow, followed a two some who was behind a foursome of ladies who were extremely slow. Reported it to the marshal who did nothing. A 5 hour round of golf.

Winter roughness
Looks pretty dull mainly because of winter. Sand traps looked a lot better.

Good Cold Weather Course
It was in the 40s today but with light wind it was a great day. I love the dark green definition of the fairways and greens. The greens are always in top notch shape and they putt smoothly. The HOT Deal rate was the best!

Great Frisco public course
As a new member of the Frisco Lakes Women's Golf Association (FLWGA) for the past year I can def say the Frisco Lakes Golf Club and bar & grill have been really inviting during the tough 2020 year. The course is on mark with other local public courses I’ve played at as far as challenge, shape and can’t beat its beautiful views of Lewisville Lake. The 19th hole on the club’s patio also offers a pretty view of #9 and #18 that I look forward to for food & beverage after a round.
Tee Box
Tee Box is uneven mainly #14 White needs to be closed and moved back to the front of the back tee, level and new sod when growing season starts and also do the green tee on #14
