About
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is a part of the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, just north of Dallas. The front nine of the course is interwoven with the community itself while the back nine sprawls across open countryside. The five sets of tees range from just over 5,000 yards to just over 7,000 yards, allowing the golf course to be played as a leisurely round or a formidable test. The challenging, well maintained greens are the course's most memorable feature. Golfers should be prepared for a back-to-back peninsula green and island green on the seventh and eighth holes. The 14th is another tough water hole that runs alongside Lake Lewisville. Water is not the only hazard at Frisco Lakes Golf Club though, there are also plenty of strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Golfer Reviews
Good Cold Weather Course
It was in the 40s today but with light wind it was a great day. I love the dark green definition of the fairways and greens. The greens are always in top notch shape and they putt smoothly. The HOT Deal rate was the best!
I will be back.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. Thank you for the 4 stars! We aim for a 5-star experience, so we always welcome feedback for improvement. Thank you for playing Frisco Lakes Golf Club.
Great Frisco public course
As a new member of the Frisco Lakes Women's Golf Association (FLWGA) for the past year I can def say the Frisco Lakes Golf Club and bar & grill have been really inviting during the tough 2020 year. The course is on mark with other local public courses I’ve played at as far as challenge, shape and can’t beat its beautiful views of Lewisville Lake. The 19th hole on the club’s patio also offers a pretty view of #9 and #18 that I look forward to for food & beverage after a round.
Tee Box
Tee Box is uneven mainly #14 White needs to be closed and moved back to the front of the back tee, level and new sod when growing season starts and also do the green tee on #14

Golf is getting expensive...thank you Covid
This course is really a spectacular play. I suspect that one of the reasons is due to the fact that the retirement community that surrounds the course requires a level of attention that you might not find at other tracks. The intent is to keep this course in great shape and because of that the rules are clearly marked and stated regarding fairway entrances from cart path, cart path only etc. The current cost of green fees, not just this course but others in DFW, is getting rather absurd, thank you Covid. Green fees that are north of $74-$80 are becoming the new norm. Since this is becoming the new going rate then at least it’s nice to play a course where the maintenance keeps up with the green fee being charged. Another bonus, the two Par 5’s that close out both nines are really fun to play.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We hope to see you again at the course very soon for another 5-star experience. Thanks for choosing Frisco Lakes Golf Club.

Slow Play!
The course and the personnel never disappoint. However, we would have had about a six-plus hour round, even during a Cowboys' game, if we had not skipped over five holes and move forward to where the open holes were.
Too many twosomes were backing everything up. By the time we hit No 6, there were four groups on that one hole. No marshal was ever seen. No cart girl either..
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
We love hearing about our golfers' experiences. Please tell us more about what you enjoyed during your round. Thanks for choosing Frisco Lakes Golf Club!

Wow, we are so happy you enjoyed your round! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Great layout
Course has good design, always in good shape.
Marshall should regulate pace of play in afternoon as there are
Newbies that don’t seem to know the way to play faster.
All have to start somewhere, but there are little tips that could be given to ensure pace of play is good.
Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We will continue to look for ways to improve. We are glad to see you rated the course conditions and layout to be great during your game. Thank you for playing Frisco Lakes Golf Club. We hope to see you again soon.
