I am done here. They aren't even courteous anymore. Staff is rude. No mgmt. always packed and they don’t care. I just dont like giving money to people that completely suck.

Great overall experience. Course was well kept and the staff was tremendous.

We have played the scores for years. They have increased their green fee substantially. If you put in a bucket of balls it's over $80. It's a nice course but not at that cost

Played here before over the years and the Course is in best shape ever. Very good surprised since there wasn’t any rain of late. We were the first group out and made it under 4 hrs. Could have been faster but a few GPO holes created extra time. Know the layout and long carry off the tee helps.

Greens where fuzzy & a million divots . Clean up people .

As usual, the course was in great shape. However, it was another 5-hour round at Teravista. We did not see a Marshall the entire day. The group in front of us was 2.5 to 3 holes out of position the entire back 9. They also all took a break on the 6th hole and apparently had the cart girl making them pancakes from scratch or something.

Had a 4 person tee time booked but two of the guys tested positive for Covid the night before the round. Explained it to the pro shop when we got there and they said no problem then got an email that they charged me for the extra two rounds!!! Now after several tries can’t even get ahold of the pro shop to get it straightened out.

Played Teravista for the first time on June 19th around 11a. Check-in was easy, and grabbed a large bucket to hit before I played. The shot tracer capability at the range was terrific, a real plus. The course was in very good shape, with greens, fairways and rough all with plenty of grass and properly maintained. Bunker sand was also good, although they could use some raking care by the players leaving an excessive number of footprints. I liked the course. I would suggest a few things, like getting the range balls off number 1 and 18 as the normal process. Tough to pick out a shot among all those white range balls (maybe change over to yellow like other tracks have done). Also, the pace of play was very slow. We played in about 5.5 hours, and I know it was mid-day on a Sunday, but the time was agonizing. One member of our foursome finally mentioned to situation to a ranger who promptly spoke to some of the groups ahead of us and suddenly the pace of play quickened, allowing us to finish in 5.5 hrs instead of the 6 hours and 18 minutes we were on track for before the ranger intervened. The course isn't inexpensive, and so I found the most frustrating aspect was the pace of play.

They just updated the driving range to auto feed and added launch monitors! About 10 uncovered hitting pads and 5 covered ones with comfy patio furniture. Huge putting green and a smaller chipping green. I've been told that weekend rounds are over 5 hours and experienced this yesterday Saturday teeing off at 2:40 we finished at 8:05. Thank goodness the 2 single players I got paired with were great guys and helped the death march with good conversation. They just need the starter to watch players tee off and either make a note for the marshal to keep em moving based on what he saw, or tell them himself after they tee off. The 4 guy's in front of us on the #1 all hit at least 2 balls. The starter should have said something about moving up a tee box and let faster players through. Just basic course etiquette! I do like the course and it is in good condition, but probably not gonna play on the weekend anymore.

Be prepared to play the longest round of your life. The pace of play is awful since the course overbooks all of the time and they won’t stop. Marshall’s don’t care and only made 1 stop by to say “yeah it’s slow.” 3 groups behind us as we tee off at every hole. The course itself is in great condition, practice mats are brand new and staff at the bar was friendly. That being said we don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

Teravista is usually a pretty easy going round. With pretty open and well kept fairways, little elevation, and good amenities there’s not much to complain about.

On this particular round a few of the water coolers were low on water and I only saw bev-cart on the front 9. So that could he better but no worries.

I will say, my last round there they changed me an extra $20 for my wife to ride with me. I could understand if it was a busy day and I needed an extra cart because the time slot was fully booked. But, this wasn’t the case. I was the only booking in my slot and it was a slow afternoon on the course with many time slots open. This was pretty disappointing.

The pace of place was 5 groups in one hole. You figure out the rest of the day waiting and waiting for ever!
