Excellent course conditions, challenging, and a welcoming friendly staff.

I love this course - it's always in good shape and greens roll amazing.

This course will challenge you on ball placement and distance control. There was no beverage cart on a Sunday but overall a good place to play.

The coarse was in great shape. I would play this coarse more often if I had the time.

Decided Saturday that a buddy and myself wanted to play Sunday morning, and was pleased to see several good options on GolfNow, and Teravista was a great choice.

The significant recent rains had the greens and fairways in excellent condition but the bunkers were just ok. Pace of play was fine, the pros / cons were that the greenskeeper choose some tough Sunday pins that some groups probably viewed as a challenge and probably slowed down some groups - I probably fell in both camps, depending on the hole!

I live nearby so will certainly be back to play again.

The course was an excellent condition. The course was well mark for distances to the greenswould recommend this course to anyone.

I've been in Austin for 3 months now and have played a handful of courses through Golfnow and this one ranks at the top. It was in good shape (by even California standards). Good layout but not too long from the blue tees. I only hit Driver 3 times. I'll be back soon.

Immaculate condition..greens rolling true....will recommend to all who wants to play real good course with great greens and fairways maintained.

My daughter and I played it for the 2nd time on Friday. We agree, the course is in excellent shape. Love the fairways . Greens were nice, but I do feel the bunkers lack a little.(I should know, I found a few of them) I would definitely recommend playing it and I will get back there again.

This course is great. Very friendly staff. The bunkers are the only area that need attention.

I booked this Hot Deal on Saturday, it was a great price even considering the day. I have always enjoyed this course and my expectations were surpassed. The course was in great shape, fiarways were nice and the greens were rolling very true. The staff and service was great. The GPS on the cart is awesome.

It's a better design that I remembered. One of the players in my group is a former club pro who had never played there before. He was once an assistant at an Alister MacKenzie course in CA and even he was impressed by the layout. Course conditions were very good except for several bunkers that needed attention. A greenside bunker on #8 needed more sand or a deep machine rake job and a fairway bunker on #14 has substrate mesh showing through near the front. The 3 other bunkers I was in were good. Greens were excellent. Fairways and tee boxes were very good. Friendly staff. Good experience.

One of few courses in area in good shape. Greens were slow, but at least they were grass and in good shape.

Really enjoyed this course. The course features great fairways and greens on a good track. Take away the omnipresent wind and it is not too challenging, but can make you pay if you err.

There was one slow group that backed up everyone else, so it was mildly slow for a Saturday afternoon. I still had a good time, and enjoyed this course. Good range, MASSIVE putting green that gave a nice preview of the slower greens.

The course was in good shape. The greens were slow, but otherwise on good shape. Staff were very friendly!

The course is in great condition. It is challenging but fun. There's really nothing to dislike here. We'll play it again and often.

Some of the greens are not in very good condition right now. They were not mown, slower than normal and must be trying to let them ‘grow in’ due to the hard winter. Some sand (mud) bunkers have felt showing, so be careful to not hurt yourself, break a wrist, etc… if you are in one. Most tee boxes are in good shape as are the fairways. I marked course conditions as 'fair' considering the greens and bunkers need improvment.

While it is just Spring, these greens were very, very bumpy. It was pure luck to ever sink a putt.

The course pace of play was very slow and it seemed like we spent more time waiting rather than playing. The greens were ok but none of them seemed to play at the same pace. The course is lined by houses on every hole and you get to feel claustrophobic if you are not used to that type of course setting. Overall I think it is extremely over priced for what you get.
