GREAT Golf & GREAT Food ⛳️
An Amazing Day at New Symrna Golf Club Ending with A Delicious Meal at the Grille Restaurant.
Have never been disappointed.
The course is always in good shape, gets lots of play.
The Monday-Friday guy in the starters hut is the best.
Always enjoyable
Great Course
Fairways could be better but overall great course.
NSB golf
Played here for about the 10th time. Course is in great shape. Greens are firm and fast. Donald Ross did a great job laying this one out. Good challenge to elevated greens and best to approach them from the front. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Starters do their best to get you off early. Pace of play is noticeably slower with the snowbirds around.
Good condition but lightning fast greens
Course was in very good condition considering recent cold weather in New Smyrna. Be aware though that the greens are extremely fast, but do putt true. Highly recommend.
Great course
1st time played this year, wish I had played it more. Always some of the best greens around the area.
Extra Cart Fees
Course was in good shape. However, we were charged an extra $16 a person for cart fees.
Snowbird found this place
I'm a big Donald Ross fan and when I found out a Ross course was near where my sister lives, I had to make a tee time. I played this course four times in 7 days, getting a golf now hot deal 3 of the 4 times.
I really enjoyed the layout. The greens are Ross like IMO, but the rest of the course doesn't stand out as Ross holes IMO. The greens are fast and one can easily 3 or 4 putt if ion the wrong side of the green.
I enjoyed that I could hit my driver on every hole.
With Florida grass, I usually had to hit an extra club on my approach shots.
I thinks it's a great course to play, especially for the money. My issue w the course is it's gets slow due to many seniors and many couples playing. 2 of the 4 days I played there were numerous groups of two throughout the course. The starter should pair up these groups. If you want to play fast, this most likely isn't the course for you.
Lastly one of the days I played with a golf now hot deal I showed up and the pro shop said the other three people on my hot deal group brought a fourth person and they moved my tee time back 2 slots. Who brings a 4th on a hot deal and expects to take the spot?
The bar was pretty good and looked like it got a fair amount of non golf walk in business
Enjoy your round here! .
